Wildstar is still frequently spammed in the comments of any game/trailer that looks even remotely similar. We miss it so much, and though it would be a hurdle getting an MMO in this program, I think it would be a great flagship of GoG's program.

Terranigma is one of the most profound stories ever told in video game history. Despite the technical limitations of the SNES it was able to trigger profound emotions only few games were able to do. In my over 30 years of gaming, Terranigma stand as one of the defining games of my childhood and life overall. I really hope more people can experience the story of Terranigma revolving around the meaning of life and death, good and bad, duty and playfulness.

Blitz: The League II

What started out as a serious football title before EA bought the rights to football is a fun and crazy game to pick up for anyone even if you don't like football. I really enjoyed this game a lot. had a lot of fun with it. The graphics are good for the year it was released. I didn't really like the story, but it added a cherry to what was already perfect in its own way. I'm hoping they will release another one.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered - Deluxe Edition

Come on GOG, you guys have a good friendship with Bethesda, you already brought us Doom (2016). Now we need this remastered gem, because honestly, I'm not going to buy it anywhere other than GOG.

Magicka is a truly amazing coop game that I devoured years back: it had one of the most innovative magic systems at the time and definitely one of the craziest coop experiences. Not only the gameplay was great, but its story was fun and interactions and characters spot on. This, coupled with the fact that some combos were NOT BALANCED AT ALL, made the game truly unforgettable. If played with friends, the story, DLCs and even the PVP will bring lots of hours of fun - like they did for me at the time - if only the game had its crashes fixed.

Breath of Fire III

This IS the first video game I ever played. It formed an absolute core part of my childhood. Its the game that I bonded with my first best friend over. Its the game I based my first D&D experience around. To this day, when I'm feeling down, all I need to do is pull up its OST and I start to feel better. Ryu, Rei, Teepo and the rest of the BoF III gang will always hold a special place in my heart. And sadly the ONLY way to still experience this game is through the collectable market for PS1 and PSP games, or via game preservation piracy as CAPCOM seems all but content to let this classic franchise wither in their IP vaults. It deserves the love and ease of play the Resident Evil or Final Fantasy classic have gotten.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 – Deluxe Edition

I had the pleasure of playing this game, and it is a captivating, mature, and well-thought-out experience. It’s enriched with beautiful music and visuals. I love RPGs with mature storytelling, and after what CD Projekt Red has gotten me used to, 99% of other titles feel shallow and childish in comparison. With no particular expectations, I launched Expedition 33 and got completely immersed in it. It’s now on my TOP 10 list. That’s why I want to have this game on my shelf and own it on GOG. An engaging and moving story, brilliantly written characters, and very natural interactions between the party and NPCs. The music is outstanding, and the game world is built on a truly original concept, brought to life with an exceptional visual style. As for the combat system… hmm, I was a bit skeptical at first, but as the game progressed, it really grew on me. Overall, there's a strong sense of freshness here, which, as a player, I find incredibly exciting. Since the release of Cyberpunk 2077, nothing has given me this kind of feeling — and finally, it’s here. For me, it’s a must-have!

I really want to buy this game, looks so amazing, interesting and the soundtrack is beautiful. I wish it was available at GOG! I probably end up buying on Steam for now (to support the devs), but honestly I prefer to buy my games at GOG. I hope we get to the point of simultaneous releases in steam/gog for new games. As always you have my support <3

This game meant a lot to me during the beta and had high hopes for relaunch. Gameplay is solid and the fact well known characters interacted with each other gave them and the game a lot of personality. It sure had a lot of potential, but unfortunately got wasted by terrible decision making in possibly every area: bad monetization, bad progression (currency and unlocking fighters), bad character picks (two obscure hype-killers in particular), bad balance and overall slowness in reacting to issues. Nonetheless, I've played it a lot, where else can I see Shaggy punching Jason Voorhees or Gremlins shooting at Batman? I hope that one day they give this idea a spiritual successor under another studio.

Dito, I am so sick of the the the big companies trying to tell customers they don't own what they pay for anymore yet that is what it mean when you purchase a product. Despite what there anti consumer privacy polices say. If we don't own what we pay for in games then we won't pay full price. I don't on console, I wait for deep sales for any exclusives.

Desperate Housewives: The Game

I picked this up in a bargain bin because it looked vaguely Sims-like, back before I had even seen any of the series. The sim elements are very light. Mostly it's a story based adventure game with some minigames for cooking and gardening (and the ability to seduce most of the men in the neighborhood). I still enjoyed it a lot and it got me to check out the series--which it definitely captures the vibe of. Licensed games have a certain (mostly deserved) reputation, but this is one of the cases where the devs seemed to give the licensed IP the faithful love it deserved. I still have the disk, but it's difficult to get installed these days (my preferred computer unfortunately doesn't even have a disk drive). So I would love to see it made available through GOG!

Why James Bond 007: From Russia with Love Should Be on GOG James Bond 007: From Russia with Love is one of the most underrated Bond games ever made. Released in 2005, it featured the legendary Sean Connery reprising his role as James Bond—complete with his voice and likeness—for the first and only time in a video game. With a mix of third-person shooting, stealth, driving, and classic spy gadgets, it captured the essence of vintage Bond in a way no other title has since. Unfortunately, the game has become nearly impossible to play today unless you own an old console and a physical copy. That’s why it belongs on GOG.com, the digital platform known for restoring classic games and making them compatible with modern PCs—DRM-free and launcher-free. A GOG release of From Russia with Love would preserve a unique moment in video game and film history. With modern enhancements like resolution support, smoother performance, and plug-and-play controller compatibility, GOG could help this lost gem find its audience again. For Bond fans and retro gamers alike, From Russia with Love deserves a second life. GOG is the perfect place to make that happen.

Fractured Space

Breathe a little life back into my precious. My Fractured Space. My Raven. No other game has gripped quite as tightly upon my orbs as this one. Fractured Space is a standout example in a nearly barren genre of gaming, and easily beats out those meager competitors in the places that actually matter to me. GAMEPLAY and SOUL This game has vision, it has an identity. Everything here is a visual treat. The hanger/main screen, the maps, the animations from jumps to weapon discharge, the ships themselves, are all beautifully designed. They feel right and scream unique. Everything has a sort of brand to it. The sound design is distinct and great too. You can know what you're facing by image or audio alone, each element is that notable, and there is no oversaturation of visual or audio garbage that you lose clarity within a match, something I've seen many other games fail at. That's good conveyance. A game that gives 6 degrees of movement for ships in space *gasp* it can't be. And yet it be. The gameplay is just plain enjoyable. Fighting other ships is actually fun, abilities feel good to use, your freedom of movement has weight to it, and position matters when fighting to win lanes. Good timing, pressure, and accuracy are rewarded in the dynamic skirmishes over the different sectors of the map. The robust movement system, abilities, presence of turret traverse and parallax, armor faces, and relationship of distance and projectile velocity all combine to make aiming your guns fun. Aiming your guns is fun in FS. The gamemode actually means something, too. Map control means levels of advantage, and winning Gamma is like winning Arrakis. The game ends. All that is to say, the gameplay loop itself is addictively compelling, and not many games can say that. You want a MOBA that doesn't make you hate yourself for playing it? This is it. I'm not explaining what Gamma is or what a Raven do. You should find out yourself and help bring back the king. Fractured Space deserves it.

Silent Hill 2 (Classic)

It was the first game in the Silent Hill series I ever played, grabbing a cheap copy of the PS2 version from my local pawn shop when I was in high school. It remains as one of my favorite survival horror games of all time and one of my favorite comfort games to return to for an afternoon when I don't feel like doing too much. The music, characters, atmosphere, even the sometimes cheesy voice acting, all act as part of the experience. It's the first survival horror game I was able to convince my best friend to play, and we still love revisiting this gem on occasion when we play games together.

I played this game so many times as a kid and many more as an adult. One thing I can say is the story is on another level to any other game released EVER! The characters are well fleshed out and you truely do care what becomes of them (even the fringe characters). There is so much about this game/story that is relevant to today. It's just a shame that games like this don't get made anymore because the games industry is shareholders first, last and gamers only matter when were not buying a product. Sorry for the semi-rant, amazing game. Needed a remaster over a decade ago and would love to see a full remake and have the team finish disc 2 :).

Parasite Eve II

When I was a kid, my father went searching for a game labeled "for adults only"—something he could enjoy for himself. He came home with a copy of Parasite Eve 2. Obviously, he never actually played it… but I did. And sometimes, I even played it with him. This game became my all-time favorite. The combat system, the lore, the characters, the music—everything about it captivated me. I need Parasite Eve 2 on GOG. And I need GOG on PlayStation.

Breath of Fire IV

Loved this game back in PSX era. I remember playing the whole game in japanese since it was the first version to arrive here in Brazil for some reason. When the US version came out, I played it all over again and this time understanding a little bit of the story. This is one of my all time beloved JRPGs and I would love to have this immortalized with GOG.

A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.

Silent HillSilent Hill is the first installment in the Silent Hill series of psychological survival horror video games. Unlike earlier survival horror games that focused on protagonists with combat training, the main character Harry Mason is an average man. The gameplay consists of combat, exploration, and puzzle-solving. The controller vibration is used to indicate Harry's heartbeat and will vibrate on low health. The player must regularly enter an inventory screen to check Harry's health, use items, and equip different weapons.

Silent Hill 2 (Classic)The second entry in the Silent Hill franchise, Silent Hill 2 is a narrative-focused third-person psychological survival horror game with emphasis on combat, exploration and puzzle-solving elements which follows James Sunderland, a man who receives a letter, seemingly sent by his three-years-deceased wife Mary, in which he is beckoned to the fog-ridden town of Silent Hill at the same time as numerous other people troubled by their past.

NieR: AutomataNieR: Automata tells the story of androids 2B, 9S and A2 and their battle to reclaim the machine-driven dystopia overrun by powerful machines.

Digimon WorldDigimon world is a game that allows a player to raise their own Digimon and teach it to battle.

In a far-away world, two continents float, separated by a vast swamp-land. For eons, no contact existed between the two continents because ships couldn’t sail across the expanse. At last, when the historic first contact was made between the two powers, war erupted! After long and costly fighting between the Fou Empire in the west and an alliance of countries in the east, both sides exhausted all their strength and resources. With no other alternative, the two powers agreed to an armistice. One year later, Princess Elina vanished. She had been traveling in the east from town to town, exploring battlegrounds and visiting war veterans. Her trail vanished in a small town near the front line. Nobody knew her whereabouts! The Eastern Alliance wanted to avoid sending a large army to the front. Such a move would be a political blunder, breaking the armistice and stirring up hostilities. It became impossible to carry out a large-scale search for Elina. Time passed... with no sign of the princess. Elina’s sister, Princess Nina, finally makes up her mind. Nina The princess of Wyndia, a town of the Fae tribe (winged folk). Nina meets Ryu on her journey to seek her lost sister Elina. Though somewhat naïve, Nina is skilled in Healing magic. Scias A mercenary soldier, Scias was hired by the eastern side during the war. Scias becomes the party’s watcher. He is very quiet and aloof from the world. Scias can perform a powerful double attack with his sword. Cray A young leader of the Woren tribe (cat people) in the eastern alliance, Cray joins Nina to search for Princess Elina, his childhood friend. He has a strong sense of responsibility and acts as the leader of the party. His high offensive and defensive abilities are very dependable. Ershin Ershin wears completely sealed armor to protect her from any kind of curse. Since she wears the armor all the time, no one knows her real face or background. She meets the party in a mysterious place polluted by a curse and decides to join them. Ursula Ursula is a middle-class leader of the Fou Empire. She came to the eastern continent in search of dragons, and meets up with Ryu and his companions. Ursula was brought up in the military, and knows very little about worldly concerns. She is excellent at attacking with both magic and weapons. Fou-Lu Fou-lu unified the western continent single-handedly with his paranormal powers. He became the first emperor of the Fou Empire several hundred years ago. Despite his youthful look, he has mystic dignity. It is said that he predicted his own resurrection as he passed away. Currently, we can’t disclose the business status of a game before its release due to the complexity of the process and the potential negative impact this could have on our efforts. However, we’re working on a feature that will let you track the games you’ve voted for once they’re released.

Does high number of votes for a game mean that it will be released sooner?

A high number of votes shows strong interest, which influences both GOG and IP owners. However, we can’t guarantee that every highly-voted game will be released.

How does my vote help to preserve games?

All games on GOG are DRM-free, so you can download and back them up for future use. Additionally, we aim to include as many games as possible in the GOG Preservation Program, ensuring classic titles remain playable on modern systems.

What happens with Stories once the game is released on GOG?

We’re working on a solution to migrate Stories to GOG.COM game cards once the game is released: we won’t let them get lost.
