Painted_Doll: GET BACK TO WORK RIGHT NOW !!!! :)
But... I am at work. :P
We're all busy holding down these chairs from the evil robot forces and their anti gravity rays. They want to steal our chairs and we can't allow them to do that!
Well - It won't be long now.
But as a side question. Why does Elex has not it's own forum like other games?
I mean - I have to search through the Generic forum to find this thread.
Especially after release it is possible questions will be raised about bugs (I never seen a 100% perfect bug free launch of any piece of software in my whole life) or game play.

It will likely be added after game launch.

viperfdl: I didn't write that you people have no right to complain but why should a company care about your complains when they already got your money?
Every fucking time you people complain but still do pre-orders with the same fucking results although you should know better! You don't like DLC? Only buy the games when all DLCs are released and bundled with the game. Start to learn from your mistakes and stop to behave like fucking junkies who need their fix! The world doesn't go down when you don't have "The New Shit".
Finnally found the time to respond.
Dear Sir, unless you prove that I complained about pre-orders ANYWHERE in the last few years apart from this tread, I would be glad for you to NOT include me in the mysterious group of people that obviously hurt you on some deep personal level (which I asume is the reason why you use this beatiful and colorful language of yours). Also, since this is internet forum, we both are deprived of proper means to respond to insults. Which is why I would be thankful if you restrain yourself from calling me a junkie. We both know all too well, that face to face you would behave (or this discussion would turn into a fistfight), so try to do so here as well. I try to be polite, to my best knowledge did not hurt you or yours, so try to be mature. There are many ways in which two people can disagree with one another without showing your level of culture...Try it, maybe you even like it??

As far as my initial issue was, it is obviously sorted. I still do not understand why Galaxy is not showing the countdown timer, but such timer exists and for me the case is closed. I never thought that there could be different information on Galaxy and normal GOG page. Well, you learn everyday...;)

Vainamoinen: I really should stop posting from work.

fortune_p_dawg: i wonder what percentage of people here post from work. i know i do!
I'm currently self employed so technically I'm always at work. ;P And to make things worse, there is no way for me to get away from my boss (the sick bastar... is with me everywhere ;D ).
By the way: It is available now. ;-)
Pretty happy that it's available now. Just have to wait for GOG Galaxy to finish installing it and I can start playing it.

You make me envious...;P My download will finish around 23PM, so no Elex for me today.

Gerin: voted. I wish I could vote three times for this game.
You...do realize the game's already here, right? Did you not see the "complete" mark next to the title when you voted...?

Also, wow, this game must be pretty big. I haven't seen this many new people showing up to talk about one thing since the release of GWENT (where everybody assumed this was a GWENT forum).

Quick Review, first thoughts while playing:

Movement and Fighting (melee only sofar):
player movement is laggy, push movement key then character moves a moment later
blocking/parry seems broken, or maybe I am bad at timing
dodge rolling left and right works "fantastic" back dodge has far less movement.
attacking movements are slightly laggy, hit attack key, animation starts a quick moment later
melee feels like a patched Gothic 3, not like Risen

Bug: "use quick slot" stuck on screen after first fight and wont go away no matter how many times i use it.

Graphics: looks fantastic, love the art style and how everything feels

Music: another plus, they did wonderful on this

Voice acting: quite good, far better then some of the other ventures I've played from PBytes

Sound Effects: this was surprisingly good, everything sounded perfectly, fully immersed in the world though sound. Only issue is the voices seem capped at a low amount, will need to hunt though config for that.

Starting over in hopes the screen notification bug doesn't come back. And now i have some melee practice and have a feel for the movement it should go far better. Hope that bug doesn't come back :(

Good info. Thanks
It's a shame when you actually meet system requirements and yet it still performs unoptimized.
