Yeah, that's right, a chick flick. ;p
Were none of you privy to USA Up All Night? It was a neverending smorgasbord of cheesy films.

Attack of the Killer Tomatoes
Amazon Women and the Avocado Jungle of Death
Hell comes to Frogtown
Piranha
Toxic Avenger
___________ (can't remember the name, but astronauts landing on an alien planet are turned into drag queens, and the whole cast are in drag)

There's also:

Blackula
Dracuho ("she wants to suck more than just your blood")
Scanners
Soylent Green
Left Behind
Birds

I'm guessing you guys have read the internet rules for Evil Overlords? Well, I've seen many of the movies those rules came from. And let's not forget movies that were done on MST3K, like Manos, the Hands of Fate. Aah, good times.
Flash Gordon
Batman (1960)
Plan 9 From Outer Space (of course!)

Hey! That's... entirely accurate?
Gigli.

I liked that movie a lot and was very surprised with the overall IMDB score. It frequently happens that movies I like are low rated, but not that low. I think it was even below 2.0 back then.
Maximum Overdrive and Night of the Comet. In B movie land Comets usually seem to spell doom for humanity. Especially so with these two movies.
I don't really have any favorites, so I'll just mention some I haven't seen mentioned here that I enjoyed. Yesterday I watched a film on Netflix called Iron Sky:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Py_IndUbcxc It definitely fits into the crazy/cheesy B movie category. I enjoyed watching these somewhat off the wall films too: Joe Dirt-http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uApfxuXxkY0, The New Guy(I really enjoyed this one)-http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Q6KjdrNn4A, God Bless America-http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WaXDaAsfHuc, and lastly Sahara- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VvA4Tbjk8tk (It didn't get good reviews but it's pretty awesome).

The best/worst film of all time is Batman (1966).

Cool World

It's a bad movie where almost everything is bad but I consider it a "Guilty pleasure"

At least the music in it is excellent and Holli Would is freakin' HOT

Still cannot believe that Brad Pitt was in this

Brad did more obscure movies but yeah, none of them were that bad. Well okay, Cutting Class was that bad, but I don't think any of the people involved in making it had any allusions that they were making anything but shit. :D

tinyE: Everytime I log on I think of another good one. Well, kind of, there is nothing good about this one; it's actually really sad to see B.B. King in this piece of shit...and Thomas Dolby...and Toni Basil.
< B.B. King + Thomas Dolby + Toni Basil - shivers with antici... pation! >
Bad Biology perhaps. I wish I didn't know it existed. How it gets high marks is beyond me.

Now, for me, I'm going to have to go with Deathstalker 2, the only DVD I ever bought *because* it was so bad. I can't watch it without laughing - sometimes, even where you're supposed to ;)
buckaroo banzai, hands down >.<
I am unsure as to what constitutes a "bad" movie, but if we use rotten tomatoes as a guide, I thought "The Butterfly Effect" was a fantastic film, much closer to a 9/10, as opposed to the 1.7/10 it received.
