ELFswe: They could code it in such a way that you can't create a wish if you use roman numerals. When you try to create the wish a text pops up "Something seems to be wrong with the title! Have you maybe used roman numerals instead of digits?", for example...
Old wishes can ofcourse be shown with roman numerals, It's just a filter to filter out new wishes with roman numerals.

jjsimp: What about games that use roman numerals...the Civ Series being one that uses them.
Just change it to zaton, and I'm sure people will know what you meant.
