It's not yet released on Steam. Says that it will unlock in 7 hours. Which is weird since it said 10 hours when I checked it ... last night.

Any mention of a price anywhere yet ?
Just had a look on xbox live. Is that 800 points for the game ? If so the game isn't even £10.

I can't stand the new character design. It's hideous!

I think valve work on business hours so updates come at 9am in whatever time zone they're in whereas the xbox marketplace seems to update at midnight seattle time
It is indeed 800 msp which is a hell of a bargain for a game of this size & quality. From what I've read the steam pricing is us$10 or the "exactly equal" amount of euros, at least with this game the euro ripoff only makes the game good value rather that bloody good value

Lets hope the PC version is as good a price. $10 should be about 7 quid.

...Then hit the "classic mode" button and play Monkey Island as it was meant to be, or whatever. No point complaining about an optional feature...
For myself, I plan to buy it the minute it's released. My clock says that it should be ready by 1 PM, Eastern Time...

Me too, but it's the only place it's being sold other than the xbox version.
It will be my 1st online purchase with them and i'm still not sure i want to.

But looking at Lucasarts 1st batch of game releases we got a really good price for a change so you never know.

Switching back to classic mode removes everything new, voice-overs, score, the lot.
