CSPVG: snip
Ah, overthinking...

His question was aimed towards figuring out who the characters on this game where, which I agree would not be very helpful to discuss. That is, if discussed seriously. By answering what "Anyone with a rudimentary knowledge of popular culture could answer" instead of giving it serious consideration and thought, I wasn't trying to suggest anything; I was instead attempting to dismiss the question by cracking a joke at it. That's all.

The part of the guy not even recognizing Simpsons as a show is true, though.

That occurred to me as a possibility, and then I thought some more. Sorry that I missed your obvious joke.

Do you have a list of players that you suspect of being mafia, and if you do indeed have a list, would you care to share it?

Mafias go in suits. You go in suits. Humans are visible. You are not visible. Do I need to continue?

Basically, not really. I don't have either the experience to recognize nor the will to deduce what mafia might want on day one, other than attempting to kill Duke Nukem as he's pretty good at kicking alien ass. This is why I decided to lurk for a while... but so much for that, huh.
Hmm, my top two suspects at the moment are N0x0ss and Flubbucket.

N0x0ss for contradicting himself and Flub for the extremely early and unprovoked softclaim.

I agree with these suspicions.

I would also add JoeSapphire to the 'suspicious' list, for suspecting me. I mean, who could suspect an honest, peaceful four armed warrior? ;-)
No, really. Just because I am cautious and somewhat agressive (I would rather call it inquisitive). I thought both traits were necessary behaviour to the game. Plus, Joe doesn't add N0xx0ss to his list of suspicions, who, as I see it, showed the most dubious behaviour so far. Joe doesn't even give a reason why N0xx0ss isn't on his list. So maybe he has a reason to protect him. Perhaps he knows that they are on the same team - and the only team that could know something like that at this stage would be the evil side. Right?
Count of votes

Flubbucket – 2pazzer, JoeSapphire
Nolynch – 1– TwisterBE
Pazzer – 1 – Jmich
TwisterBE – 1 – Pina
Noxoss – 1 – SirPrimalform

Not voting - CSPVG, flubbucket, Lifthrasil, Noxoss, Robbeasy, TwilightBard

With 12 alive it takes 7 to lynch.

Flubbucket is closest to lynch with 2 votes at L-5.

I just had brilliant idea and I think you will all appreciate it.
Hidden deadlines.
I am genius.

Mafia terminology for this is OMGUS, which means "Oh My God You Suck". More or less you are suspecting someone for suspecting you. Not the best thing to do, especially if that is the only reason to do so, but if you can properly defend your position, OMGUS may be ignored.
Or, to put it another way, if you can make a case against someone without ever needing to say "He suspected me first", feel free to make the case.

Lifthrasil: So maybe he has a reason to protect him. Perhaps he knows that they are on the same team - and the only team that could know something like that at this stage would be the evil side. Right?
Not necessarily. There are other teams that may know of allies, but no idea what Vitek is using in this game. and [url=http://wiki.mafiascum.net/index.php?title=Lover]Lovers been two of those, and there may also be others that I can't recall atm.

Pre-post edit.
Hate hidden deadlines. Hope they become visible as they approach, more or less like the train on the tracks.

Amazing idea. For all I know, the day might be ending in the next half an hour.

Again, it's N0x0ss, not N0xx0ss... and again, dubious behavior doesn't mean that I'm Mafia, if anything, trying to frame me as a mafia would be a very easy lynch for mafias right now; I was expecting them to jump on the occasion to frame me, but I wasn't suspecting you of being one of them, and I'm still not.

What you lack in experience, you show in eagerness to frame, young padawan !
Need I remind you that JoeSapphire is my number 1 suspect for the time being, but I won't attack him directly as he is much too powerful and would probably outsmart any accusation I have against him. Instead I'd probably try and dispatch his 2 (usual number i figure) goons :).

JMich: Or, to put it another way, if you can make a case against someone without ever needing to say "He suspected me first", feel free to make the case.
Actually I did. And you even quoted it. Basically my main reason to suspect Joe was for him not suspecting N0xx0ss. But if there are also good power roles in this game that can know their allies at this stage, that of course makes everything a bit more complicated.

Don't exactly know what hidden deadline means. But I'm guessing that it's a deadline until which everyone has to have voted or else... So, to leave the 'not voting' status I

vote N0xx0ss

for now.

By the way, each only has one vote, right? Or could someone vote for more than one other person? "You don't need to unvote if you want to place new vote." from the intro can be interpreted that each new vote invalidates the old vote automatically. But it could also mean that you can place an additional vote and let the old one standing. So I'm not entirely sure.

Double vote is a power, that may either allow you to vote for two people, or have your vote count as two. Again, no idea what abilities Vitek has provided us with, but feel free to peruse the Mafia Wiki for possibilities.
The intro simply means that a new vote automatically eliminates the previous one, to avoid the hassle and the forgetfullness of always needing to unvote to better revote.

Thanks for the clarification both on the rule and on your name. So let's try to make use of that rule right away to correct my spelling mistake:

vote N0x0ss

Well, it's also a means to conceal a double voter if there is one in the game. If a mod demanded people unvote first then it would be really obvious when there's a double voter. This way they only show up if you pay attention to the vote count.

And you should pay attention to the votecount. You should always pay attention to the votecount.

Curious, if I vote SPF and then vote someone else, does that violate the "No unvoting SPF" rule or not?
