Another game may be of interest to request for a DRM-free release: Scott Pilgrim vs The World
Even more so because all versions after the PS3 and Xbox 360 ones got an artificial requirement of connecting to Ubisoft's services to unlock a DLC character.
And that includes even the LRG version, despite them aiming for having their releases fully on disk/cartridge.
I already voiced this wish on their Discord group, but if anyone else wants to add to the wiish too, the more, the merrier!

edit: semantics

I looked into this game and while it did come out on PS3 and Xbox 360 originally, the PC version is part of the 2021 re-release, so I would not be surprised if Ubisoft treated this as a new game and thus had 0 interest in releasing it DRM-Free anytime soon. I mean it literally uses Denuvo, just like all the other "New" Ubisoft games.

While there's little chance to get anything from Ubisoft, I'd say it's still more likely to get older releases without Denuvo.

Lately I've seen people show interest in Watch_Dogs, so I'd really suggest to those people to comment on the GOG Request Thread on Ubisoft's Discord, as described here.
They should understand that the good old games can give a second wind to Ezio's trilogy, if you look at heroes 3, they remain in the top of Gog, and if you look at the fan base, they mostly use the gog version of heroes, because this is the only place where you can get a normal working version of the game, the same heroes 5 they also use the gog version, having released the Ezio trilogy on Gog, this can again raise the hype for this series, and increase sales.

I would really like to see a series of games, assassins creed, for gog, it's so sad to see a wonderful series die, which motivated many to go to the places where the game events took place

And while the Heroes of Might and Magic 3 is indeed the #1 GOG seller of all time, other games and series, such as Prince of Persia and Far Cry reach the top quite frequently too. In fact, every time Ubisoft games go on sale, they reach the top 10.

Imagine how well newer games, like Assassin's Creed 2 or 4 would sell if they were on GOG. Revelations is probably my favourite though.

The decision makers at Ubisoft need to strongly consider publishing more games on GOG.

That is actually very true. It's especially cool when you visit a location from a game and you get this weird sense of familiarity and nostalgia, even though you've technically never been there. My friends have also experienced this.

So yeah, classic Ubisoft games must absolutely be preserved and not destroyed bit by bit and DLC by DLC by non-functional DRM.
high rated
Modern Ubisoft is irredeemable. It isn't enough that they have a stupid launcher like every other AAA publisher on Steam, but they then keep Denuvo on their releases.

I'd just like for some of their older catalogue to be here. All the Rainbow Sixes up until the GaaS that is Siege, or better yet, all the single player Tom Clancy's titles. The South Park RPGs. The other UbiArt Framework titles besides Rayman Origins. Driver: San Francisco. All the AssCreeds up until, say, Black Flag.

Surely those aren't the evergreen sellers they think they are? Why don't they like money?

On top of that, their DLCs and "Rewards" require additional online authentication, and they started shutting this service down for older games. So now the affected games state connectivity error when you wish to enable this content, meaning that the games we paid for are permanently crippled. This is why I started the whole thread in the first place.

Maybe they think that it's better to take 100% of the cut than to give 30% to someone else. There are plenty of "No-Steam = No-Buy" as well as "DRM = No-Buy" people out there though. They have seemingly noticed the former, but they are yet to notice the latter, which is why I encourage the people to go to their Discord and ask them directly, as described in my original post.

I would love to see more Tom Clancy titles pop up here. Splinter Cell and Rainbow Six especially.

The Division franchise would be amazing to have here. An offline, perhaps optional coop version of the first and second games would be a dream come true for me. It'll probably never happen of course, these games will likely one day just get their servers shut off to be left either unplayable to playable only through jumping through a ton of hoops that were created by some incredibly passionate fans of the games, but still - it's nice to dream.

Having Pandora Tomorrow on GOG would be especially nice, because it's not for sale anywhere for whatever reason. It should not be allowed to die and be forgotten.

I'd guess it's probably b/c it's tough to get running on Windows.

Though, if you look around - someone recently got it on down path and fixed it.

The first game is older and it's for sale on all the platforms. You can run every single Splinter Cell game just fine.

Hmmm, any music licensing issues or anything of that sort w/ Pandora?

No, I don't think so. If I had to guess, I'd say it's because some shadows use an obsolete technology that no longer works in many modern PCs, but there are fixes for that (GOG's HTML cannot handle this URL LOL):
https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Tom_Clancy%27s_Splinter_Cell:_Pandora_Tomorrow#Rendering_issues_on_modern_PCs
I'm sure GOG would gladly bake those in, so if anything, GOG is the best place for Pandora Tomorrow.

SargonAelther: As far as I know they only really have one hit, which is Rainbow Sex Siege.
I wish this were true, it would at least be funnier than the anonymous behemoth that it has become.
Was just playing Rainbow Six 3 Raven Shield and Dark Messiah of Might and Magic on Steam and I HATE how unstable both games are.

Both games crashes randomly. And Raven Shield has this issue where the menus are stuck at a resultion forcing my monitor to adjust to its resolution and then back to 1080p when its in the game.

Dark Messiah's crashes is because Steam uses a more buggier build of the game.

N.B.: the Steam version uses a buggy build 168.62579 (master 1.02). The retail DVD version + 1.02 official patch 175.52126 (master 1.02) is newer, more stable and recommended.

PLEASE GOG get these games along with other wanted Ubisoft games and fix them and make them DRM Free

About old-games on Windows 10/11. Good luck; ain't gonna easy. W10/11 ain't meant for DX9 and below. It's meant for DX10+.

Depending on issues - you might need DGVoodoo2, DXWnd, or some kind of emulator to force better res's, stretch res's, or do any res's w/ modern PC's on really old games.

And about issues w/ full-screen - get an app like Borderless Gaming (BLG). You'd run the game itself in native Windowed-mode basically and then w/ this app when you add a EXE to it can force a Full-screen on it.

BLG over here - https://github.com/Codeusa/Borderless-Gaming/releases/tag/9.5.6

As for Dark Messiah - check this out -> https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=739039320

And for Rainbow Six 3 - check this: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=391755479
