Very nice 2D graphics, great soundtrack, tactical fights using a real-time system allowing to plan your next moves using action points?
I don’t want to give the name of the game I have in mind, because it would spoil what comes as a surprise at the end ;)

none of these are in the game I am describing.... only one single item on this list is correct. - the good soundtrack. (great is a matter of taste... it does have a soundtrack, though....)

As a hint, I can say that my descriptions is not really that bad, many may say it is actually very apt... it describes the game pretty well. and if nothing else, it is very pretty.... I don't remember if it had any wells, though...
