TIMOTOV! Ya'll missed something did you? all your fancy words, veiled spooky notions on what this could be or MS this and Revel that, chill and drop a spike.

Watch it again, cause you got gameplay, you've seen what you'll see and missed that little sentence in the bottom right in the first few moments.

WYSIWYG: Night Fucking City... brutal, gang lead warfare in the streets with corporations pulling the strings... fully DRM free with tons of bonus content... HUGE freaking world, cause well you saw the map.... there is nothing here to worry about in any way shape or form...

wizisi2k: I've used a youtube downloader. I'd suggest MPC:HC and use the right arrow button to advance frame-by-frame

skeletonbow: It's an age-restricted video. I've never found any tool that can download age-restricted videos from YouTube yet. The only way I've been able to grab them is to set the video full-screen on a secondary display, and set up OBS to record the video using display capture of the other display, and redirect the audio from the browser tab using the "Audio Picker" plugin for Chrome to a virtual audio channel (Voicemeeter Banana), and then have OBS record the audio from that virtual audio device. It's a bit of a complex solution but works albeit with a small amount of single-generation quality loss.

If anyone knows of another option to first-hand download age-restricted video from YouTube without having to resort to a recording setup like I described above, please share.

for 4K Cyberpunk 2077 trailer:
youtube-dl -f 313+140 "youtube.com/watch?v=8X2kIfS6fb8"

That was very underwhelming.

The narrator voice actor isn't very good.

No gameplay at all.

The aesthetics are way too bright and sunny.

The graphics might not be the same quality as shown in the trailers, since most devs lie and render trailers without using the actual game engine. In those cases when the game actually ships. it looks like total garbage compared to the trailers (i.e. Vampyr is a great recent example).
I was more impressed by the Dying Light 2 trailer.

This is CD Projekt RED we're talking about here. Not known for skimping on graphics.
I think I should play with sunglasses.
The game reminds me of Jet Set Radio. Looking good.

I highly disliked the very generic sounding American voice and also the look of the main character. He reminds me of that guy from the French movie Taxi, but remade by Hollywood to be more edgy (guy on the left):

I like the original look more, it just looks different from your standard protagonist:

ariaspi: I was more impressed by the Dying Light 2 trailer.
I didn't even know there would be a Dying Light 2. Then a friend referred me to it and.. mind. blown. Gee, I really have to clear my backlog from some "big" games so I have room for those two! Fortunately, they're not close to be released, so I might have a chance (working hard on Mass Effect Andromeda now). ^_^
I'm really looking forward to this game.

I hope it has a lot of customization, I'm really into that.
Trailer looks great, especially that car at the end. Hopefully the gameplay can live up to it. But I think I had have been even more impressed had it not been for how high Prey 2 raised the bar for cyberpunk game trailers.
Good looking trailer. Hope the minimum spec's will end up being doable for many of us. Also hopefully this wont be a case of XBOX getting the game first then PC.....
Tempting even for those like me who are not much into futuristic themes.
I like the look of the world, that mouthless girl was freaky! But I don't know how I feel about the music. It doesn't seem to match the world, at least that's my first impression.
Visually it looks good, but that alone doesn't sell the game for me. If what the trailer shows was what gameplay is gonna look like, then I'd be amazed. But nice cinematics are just that.

Regarding the cliches/tropes/generic stuff: they won't make a good story by themselves but help setting the atmosphere, so at this stage I don't mind them too much. There are hundred of fantasy games with the same elements all over again but they still do good. At least it wasn't always night with rain.

The cyberpunk elements are very appealing to me so at least the trailer managed to get my attention (but I usually dislike combat with guns -time will tell if I can get over that).
