Eh, my watch is nothing fancy or branded, must be ten years old by now. It's a digital one, got the hours, minutes and seconds, has a timer, beeps hourly, and a calendar. Plus a backlight feature so I can read it at night. The most impressive thing at all is I still have it, IMO.

That's my watch btw

Not in because I already own VtM:B, and while I enjoyed it greatly, I think it was too buggy and weird near the end to be the best game ever.

Still, let me share my wonderfully stylish, but also cheapo Sekonda, notable for it's moon phase indicator.

I own the game, liked the idea of it but have never played it. Is it worth in 2023 with newer RPGs in my backlog? I also heard it's broken without mods. Is that true?

I'd say it is worth it, but yes, definitely play with mods that fix some of the gameplay issues (and graphical mods if early 2000s 3d doesn't look good for you)
Thank you for the giveaway, i always read that this is one of the best game ever made so why not give it a try

I'm in

I didn't get any watch since i was like 12 or 13 years old, it was 20 years ago so i don't have specific watch in mind, but if i have to get a watch it will be something simple that give me the time and notging else.

Many of the best games ever lose some steam when nearing the end :P Half-Life, Resident Evil 4.. okay, that's really all I could think of. Then you have games like Ocarina of Time, Portal and Final Fantasy 7 that are solid all the way to the end. I can 100% understand that not everyone thinks Bloodlines is a contender for best game ever. Very buggy too, but luckily the GOG release fixes the worst issues.

Also, that's a really nice watch! I got a lot of respect for cheapo watches, as that's what I usually buy myself. That moon phase indicator really sets it apart from most other budget options.

The GOG version contains the unofficial patch that fixes the game-breaking bugs. There is a more expansive version of the patch called the "plus patch" that restores cut content that didn't make it into the final release. If you want to play with that one, you'll have to download and install it separately.

Thanks Random_Coffee for the generous occasion. Played the Vampire TCG in the early 2000s, did own a lot of cards back then. Also owned the Nosferatu clan book, loved what White Wolf did atmosphere-wise there.

Would love to be in for the bestest game, I'm curious what kind of an experience that is. Thanks!

Watches: Carry a Casio W800H-1AV that has been running fine for longer now than the 10-year-battery promised. Strap broke, but I prefer keeping it in my pants pocket anyway. Recently inherited an Arsa Precision chronograph (vintage 1970s I believe), mine has a flexing steel bracelet. I like the fact that it's not a big watch. Want to get it serviced and cleaned.

Good luck all.

Thank you for the giveaway! I'm in. Bloodlines is known to be a great game, I'd love to try it out, and its impressive restoration mod too.

I'm not a big watch wearer myself anymore, but I am still fascinated by elaborate watches. I recently found out that watches are a quite old invention, the first wearable ones were made already in the 1500s! One person credited as an inventor of the watch was clockmaker Peter Henlein from Nuremberg, whose watches were egg-shaped portable spring-powered clocks ("Nuremberg eggs"). This is a picture of one of them from 1505, and here is another one from 1530.
Not in, but thank you for the interesting giveaway.

I had no idea, and to think I've been on the forums for ages. Thanks for the tip!
I don't have any collection to speak of, but my daily d(r)iver is the Seiko SKX013. Not my own picture, but that is pretty much it - strap and everything. Recommended to anyone with smaller wrist.

Cheers for the giveaway, looking forward to seeing timepieces of others too. To all aviators and divers alike, I salute you!
