Story:The player arrives in Rockport City, driving a racing version of the BMW M3 GTR (E46). Following Mia Townsend (played by Josie Maran), the player proves his driving prowess as he is pursued by a veteran police officer named Sergeant Cross (played by Dean McKenzie), who vows to take down the player and end street racing in Rockport.
Races seem to be in the player's favor until a particular group of racers, led by the game's antagonist, Clarence "Razor" Callahan (played by Derek Hamilton), sabotages and win the player's car in a race.Show more

This was my first, and only, NFS title that I truly enjoyed.
I am personally not into any racing games but I enjoyed the police chases (which seemed pretty fun, as well advanced programming, at the time), as well the career mode.
The most iconic game in the NFS series. It was an important part of my childhood. I had a great time playing this game with my friends. This game still looks awesome, and I want the current generation to enjoy it as well on their modern systems.
I would say the best racing game with police chases, helicopter capes and simply beautiful cars.The preservation of this game is mandatory, it is simply legendary, its cover is undeniably a legend.
There is no 90s born kid that didnt drool when this game came out... that didn't glue his/her eyes to the screen trying to move up the blacklist.
This game wrote history... a leviathan among racing games.
How did they made it soo simple yet soo good?
The only, ONLY downside is that it hasnt got licence for more cars than the 60+ or so that the game already has.
Artistic street style and badass soundtrack with chases are unforgettable. Countless hours I spent on PS2 and it is one of my loved titles I time to time play through emulators.
NFS: Most Wanted showed on my radar when I was in university. I moved to a new city, in a new state. I didn’t know anyone but I overheard a group of people talking Most Wanted and decided to join in the conversation. I wouldn’t have expected what that simple act would bring. Some of my most cherished friends – some who would kick my **** every race haha.

Wipeout PureWipEout Pure is the first adaptation for the PSP of the long-running Wipeout series. Players take part in a futuristic racing league known as the FX300 Racing League and control a fast hovercrafts on tight, cornering tracks, vying for first place in one of many tournaments. There are ten anti-gravity vehicles available to use (two need to be unlocked), each with their own characteristics in speed, handling and acceleration. Vehicles are further divided into classes that are unlocked gradually. In later classes most of the vehicles become much faster and require more precise steering at fast speeds. If the player fails to complete an event multiple times in a row, the event can be skipped. Wipeout 3 Special EditionWipeout 3 Special Edition isn’t just a slight improvement on Wip3out – it’s a full-blown greatest hits compilation. The highly refined futuristic racing gameplay is lifted directly from the third game, complete with idiosyncracies such as the boost button and weapons like the Force Wall, and its tracks, vehicles and music all come over too. However, there are some slight physics tweaks and two prototype tracks, previously exclusive to the Japanese version of the original game. Those aren’t the real story though – that honour belongs to the eight tracks lifted from previous WipEout games for the Classic League, three from the original and five from 2097. As well as offering the opportunity to play through classic races with the new vehicles and weapons, the Classic League displays the old locations with a new lick of paint, adding scenery and tidying things up to the standards expected of a PlayStation release in the year 2000.
