Story:Recent discoveries allow people to travel back in time with the use of a simple instrument worn on the wrist that generates an intense magnetic field. Time travel is a privilege and is limited to a few trusted people. The inevitable consequences od such an extraordinary discovery lead to the creation of the Committee for Temporal Ethics. Only Observation of the past is authorized. Any other sort of intervention is forbidden because of the danger involved. The main character of this adventure game is Doralice Prunelier who is 27 years old woman living in year 1992. She works as a ship's captain in her age, however in a certain circumstances, she is forced to travel through time uncovering a time-traveling agents from the future.Show more

This was one of the first point and click games I played. I was blown away by how they integrated FMV into the game. I later learned that the first Black female game designer (Muriel Tramis) was part of this. This is an important piece of history, fittingly titled.

This game was one of many that were available as a possible reward in Adi, an educational game from the nineties. You could earn points while doing math, french or geography exercices, and you were rewarded with a game after reaching several thresholds. This one was one of the best and one I would reset the whole profile to get, because yes, there was no garantee to have this one in particular !

I remember this game being ridiculously difficult when I was a ripe old age of 7. I never got past the first areas of the boat and would love to finish it one day.
