adambiser: Thanks for the giveaway!

Maybe not your version of ear candy, but to me it's Safe as Milk. :)
Oh man, absolutely ear candy. My Captain Beefheart LP's were some of the many LP's I lost when I moved from Virginia to Florida in my teens. A good half of my record collection survived, but I lost some real classics. Nice one!

Azilut: I once had this pair of "magic headphones" that, if you plugged them in just right (about halfway), would invert the sound coming through them. Rock music with heavy percussion had a particularly bizarre quality, as it sounded like this weird underwater soundscape that felt like it was "sucking" on your ears with every drumbeat.
My last pair of over-the-ear headphones would do that! It was pretty fascinating. I'd have to carefully plug it in to exactly the right place, and if I so much as nudged the cord, it would stop doing it. I also used those headphones as a microphone when I was making silly music on a 4-track, which was quite fun.

Strong black coffee ftw. I'm like a zombie without it :)

If you've never tried it, you should look up information on "cold brewing" coffee. I usually have a hot coffee and an iced coffee pretty much all day long (It's my vice of choice, and I admittedly over do it a bit.) But the iced coffee is never the same out of a coffee maker. It's too bitter and never tastes right. Cold brew suits iced coffee perfectly, as it removes a lot of the acidity, and you end up with a concentrate that's perfect for sweetening and drinking cold. I usually have mine over ice with some Vanilla soy milk. It's about a 12-14 hour process, but so worth it for the taste.
I'm certainly not qualified to discuss coffee... I'd catch way too much flack over my methods. >.>

Thanks for the giveaway! Hope the person who wins it enjoys the game! +1

FraterPerdurabo: Thanks for the giveaway, always wanted to try this game.

I give you this in return:

misteryo: In.

Big Star: O Dana

Thanks and cheers!
Big Star is one of those bands I just don't listen to enough. But for some reason, every time I listen to Television's album Marquee Moon, I immediately think about Big Star and want to hear them next. In fact, talking about them this much while listening to O, Dana made me realize I need to hear them right now. :)

cdnred: I haven't tried it, but it seems interesting bullet proof coffee. It looks like the guy is now making a business out of it, when I first read about it, it was just his experience.
Wow, this looks like an odd recipe. I'm going to have to read more about this. I don't even have a guess as to whether I'd like it, but I want to try it now.

JohnWalrus: Thanks! Count me in :) My fav song to listen to on headphones is Gigantic, by the Pixies. If only I had headphones...
A classic. Great on headphones or blasting from pretty much any set of speakers. It would probably sound great being played out of a shitty cassette player underwater. ;)
Investing in good headphones was the best decision I've made in a number of years (but then, that may say something of my priorities.) If you're in the market for some, I can't recommend Grado Labs' products enough. I have a pair of Grado SR60i's, which are hands down the most brilliant headphones I've ever heard. They sound better than any headphones I've tried in the $300-$400 range, and they're under $100. Best customer service I've ever received as well.

GOGwiiisfun: Thanks! I'm in. I've always been fond of Dunken Donuts coffee for some reason.
You know, I used to always be looking for some new exotic coffee beans I hadn't tried before, but I've taken such a liking to Dunkin' Donuts coffee that it's what I get most often now.

Someone I believe I've heard of but never got around to listening to. I am gonna have to check out some more of their music later today, thanks!

geoconker: Very generous of you, thanks for the giveaway!

This game is the type of game I'd really enjoy, so I'm in. As for the favorite song to hear on headphones, it's definitely Pink Floyd's The Great Gig in The Sky...my mind wanders far away when I do that.
Another fantastic Floyd tune. I had an original pressing of Dark Side of the Moon on vinyl but I gave it to a friend for his birthday... It hurts a little every time I think about having done that. ;)

tinyE: I don't think I'd ever buy this game because it looks so damn hard, but I'd LOVE to win it. I'm in!!!

My favorite coffee drink is anything with caffeine in it. I'd drink horse piss if it had caffeine in it!

Does it?
If it does, I'll join you for a round. We can chase it with a shot of cat dung coffee, just in case. :)

ggf162: Thanks for the giveaway! I'm not really interested in the game, so I'll be in for the poster below me.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jgKHimdfNrY <- That's my favourite song to listen to with headphones.
I haven't thought about Dream Theater in ages. I saw them live in 1992 or so and it was a great show, but they went a little too heavy on the smoke machines for a club as small as this one was, and it was hard as shit to breathe or see much of anything but lights flickering. :)

I figure I should also share some of my favorite headphone music, so here are two of my all-time favorites:

Animal Collective - In the Flowers

Syd Barrett - Long Gone

Momo1991: They're playing here soon ;-)

As to what used to get me through the train commute - headphones and Bach! It soothes the savage beast ;-p

Not in since my son gifted me a beta key - it's a tough game but fun!

akhliber: Bach is fantastic on headphones. I more often turn to neo-classical these days for my classical music fix, but every now and then Bach is just perfect. I used to always turn to classical when I'd travel around on Greyhound buses for something to do (I liked the atmosphere... which probably means I'm completely nuts.)
Bus travel is just too uncomfortable for me!
I'm in.

My favorite songs to listen to are Kanon in D Major (Pachelbel) and Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring on piano(Bach).

I'm out but thanks anyway.
I had to intervene to point out that Vodka+coffee has potential but need something more. I'll resume my research once ... I'll be able.
I also like to pour hot coffe on my ice cream.
These two things made me a pariah on several occasions though.
