Ebany: Loyalty. Been playing their games for more than a decade now, spent many good hours in those games and read lots of pages of forum material *sigh* memories. I rarely get involved though.
Hey, that's my part of the script!;)
Ebany: Oddly I get along with everyone in RL but find my blunt nature isn't so well received on the Net :)
Not blunt, but straightforward. Which isn't bad. Until other starts pointing fingers at you and say "you lack ampathy!".
Ebany: Hope so cause I bought X:Rebirth.
Yeah, and I preordered it, hoping it'll be as great as predecessors. Music was. Game - not so much. :)
In theory they should've fix the campaign, so it should be passable now without any mumbo-jumbo, so tutorial doesn't really need its own tutorial. Gameplay mechanics worked, but mining and trading were FUBAR, apparently fixed now - at least now I see my traders working on their own, without controlling them individually, plus AI ships started to travel to my stations, and haul stuff.
Can't say much for freeplay, I do post-campaign saves mostly, but overall feeling (excluding early bugginess, and obvious gameplay/graphical changes) it's still X, maybe not as developed as X3 was, closer to earlier installments.
Ebany: Bastards sent me an email saying buy quick while the DLC is still free ....... I did, now I can't get the DLC without paying I see it's because they sent me the email 2 days too late. M'F'ers!
EA ever better, sent me an offer to buy DLC for a game they couldn't fix for several months. And left in that state, by the way.
Can't say much about quality of Teladi outpost, I'm still busy checking my stations' building progress as they weren't working before, so there are still few hours before I'll start trying this DLC.
Though pricing policy is... not quite adequate. Unless they keep price high to scare away casual players.
