Excellent!!!! Finally!!!!!
Instant purchase!
Now bring Pandora fast, only one I didn't play !
Oh my... happy day!!
Aye. Instant purchase ( along with 6-7 other games ). Couldn't wait anymore. Now I've got like another big batch of games that I've yet to play :D :D
Awesome news, I was beginning to lose some of my faith in GOG after some dull weeks. Games like this are the reason I visit GOG in the first place.
This is an epic game, and more than worth the asking price (unlike, say, Heroes of Might & Magic 1). Looking forward to the rest of the games too, I've been trying to get Overseer for ages now, so this is just perfect.
This actually looks kind of cool.

Longcat: I'm not talking about redoing the 3D, I'm talking about supporting modern gfx hardware:P

phanboy4: There really wasn't any GFX hardware to support in '94, so no. The game is a software-rendered DOS game, like it was when it first hit stores, like all games from that era. And yes, it uses Dosbox. Runs like a dream, I've set it up myself before.

Mkey. That might be true for UAKM and Pandora, but I think Overseer supported hardware acceleration:
I'm buying them all anyway, even though I already have them set up from cd. Hopefully, the more nasty bugs will be gone.
No brainer. SOLD.

Cook: Then I feel sorry for you. Maybe it's time to do an upgrade :)

michaelleung: I can't afford a 386. Or even a RIVA 128. It's sad.

Riva 128
:O.

Yeah, that may be true of Overseer, which is also the most problematic one I hear, since it's not DOS-based. We'll see how that one ends up working.
If I buy 'Under a Killing Moon' will it wreck the previous two titles if I play them out of sync ?
I could google this, but you guys are so much quicker and better :)

Not really :)
Looking at the screen shots, this reminds me of a game one of my mates wrote years ago.
Psycho Killer - It was an Amiga 32 release only (I think) and it was seriously slagged off by most amiga mags at the time. The funny thing is one of my other mates played the Psycho Killer and all I ever remember about the review was the magazine saying the psycho killer ran like a drag queen.
Poor bloke, he never really ever lived that down.
Here's the only link I could find for the game...

Still, he did make one or two good games in his time, mainly 'Bored of the Rings' for the old 48k Speccy.

It's not Fergus Mcneil is it ? i know he worked on a lot of the delta 4 interactive fiction games.
The game is also mentioned on his website about half way down

Wishbone: Say "only" again with a straight face, why don't you? I'd like to try these games, but I am NOT paying $9.99 for a game from 1994.

Hmm, I seem to have hit a nerve here. I realise in hindsight that my words sounded harsher than they were meant. I did not mean to imply that GOG are misers, or that their games are overpriced. It's just that, in comparison with the other games here, $9.99 is definitely the wrong price point out of the two possible choices. I'm also aware that the prices are not set by GOG, but by the rights holder.
And yes, it may be a fantabulous game, but I've never played it, so I don't know if I'll like it. Also, I still have around 10 games from here that I haven't even played yet.
So let me rephrase the above along more diplomatic lines: "Comparing the price of this game to the other games in the catalog, and taking into account that I have no prior knowledge of the series, and since I already have more games than I have time to play, it would require poor judgement on my part to invest in this game at this price, right now."

bansama: They look interesting but I never really was a huge fan of FMV games, with the exception of one MegaCD game and it wasn't Night Trap. But maybe I'll give these a try when I'm not so busy -- whenever that may eventually be U_U.

This game has nothing to do with other FMV games. It practically destroys them. It's not a collection of bad videos stringed together: It's as deep as any other adventure game, or even deeper. And it has a lot of humour and personality. It's a true classic.
@Wishbone: You obviously haven't played these games. Anyway, I think $9.99 is a fair price for a top-notch 4-CD game. Now just you wait for the 6-CD "The Pandora Directive"! I'm so happy that I don't have to swap discs anymore...
I almost forgot to mention that the official Spanish translation is available on the net, for any Spanish player who may be interested, following this link.

Oh....My....GOD!! You guys just made your gaming catalogue the most awesome there is!
The Tex Murphy series is probably the best series ever in the PC gaming world!
