It tells the story of man trapped in a nightmare - locked in an old insane asylum, his face covered in bandages, surrounded by raving, self-mutilating madmen. Worst of all, he has no recollection of his past, or why he ended up in this grim, deteriorating sanitarium. He must use his wits and determination to journey through bizarre, diverse locations, in order to rediscover his identity and uncover the truth of what is really going on around him... And within his own mind. An absolute classic of the genre, packed with bug fixes, a great storyline... What's there not to like?

These recent releases are making me think you should change your name to Great Old Games. Some very high quality releases lately. I tried to play this game a while ago. But it only about half worked on my computer. Instant wish list!
EDIT: Whoa! Wait, didn't XS Games publish the Siberia games too?

Psychological Horror and a point'n'click adventure. Thursday better hurry up and let me get this under this weeks gaming budget :)
Looks rather different as well, though all I can remember is the eye on the boxart/promo-material, the community speaks good things, and they've been right just about every time for my preferences. Now all I need is a long holiday!

I remember playing a demo of this back on release (or rather, just before), and it seemed very promising.

I was enthralled by the demo of this game back when it was released, but never had the chance to play the real thing. I did try a copy gotten off some abandonware-site a few years ago, but gave up because it wouldn't run properly.

I've got no free money at the moment, but if this turns up in a 30%/50% off sale, I'd sell a kidney for it!
The patient mindlessly beating his head against a wall in the demo has reverberated through my gaming mind since I played it.
