I don't know about you, but I still don't have Dark Fall 2: Lights Out in my Library. It seems it will take some time. Never the less they should fix bugs like that. Especialy with that guy losing that many games :) It really suck. You bought all these titles, want tom play some game on Christmas day and can't cause almost all are gone...

Good thing that I never trusted online stores, that's why I only buy DRM free, download everything immediately AND make a regular backup on another harddisk.
The broken update notification is a bigger problem for me, but of course if a game isn't even in the shelf anymore, there are no updates for me either. -.-

I'm still missing the games but it's probably due to those holidays.

That only appeared after GOG removed The Witcher : Adventure Game beta from my account

I never even had The Witcher: Adventure Game beta on my account and I have an empty slot.

Well, it appears I got 11th Guest, Dark Fall 2 and 3 back. And the empty slot on my shelf disappeared.

But......

The count remains the same, and here's the weird part, it's a number divisible by 5 (535 to be exact) and before I did the refresh I was missing several games, and had an empty slot, and the shelves were all full (meaning no shelf with 1-2-3-or 4 titles on it.

Then, after the refresh, it still shows 535 titles, titles that I knew were missing are now there, AND YET IT STILL FILLS all the shelves perfectly.

I got Dark Fall 2 again, but regarding The 11th Hour they only told me to look at "T" for "the", which I did of course as well as for "e" for "eleventh" even before opening the ticket... to no avail of course.

The game is still gone.

When you mean F5, then yes.
I know it should be right on top at the numbers that's why the screenshot I sent to support was of this area.
