Barry_Woodward: I recently tried to refresh my account using this link https://www.gog.com/user/refresh, got the GOG bear and found that I had lost 200+ games from my shelf. I tried a few more times and now I only have 150 games total. Yikes! It is freaky that I have currently exactly 744 games in my GOG account (see pic). Exactly the amount you apparently lost.

Coincidence? I think not.

EDIT: No pic, message attach function doesn't work for some reason. GOG is broken!

You are courageous to still try to use the self :) , I renounce a long time ago, way too sluggish no matter the browser; but anyway switching from "Manual" to one of the two automatic ordering option for the shelf wouldn't have been enough to close the empty spaces ?

EDIT : Tries to create holes in my self to test but was unable to...

The blank space remains, regardless of the ordering options. Manual hasn't worked for me in some time.

GOG Support told me that the webdevs are working on a number of fixes for the account system; it'd appear that GOG's got an odd definition and way of fixing things. *sigh*

Strange... I just noticed that I have to an empty space in my self too, impossible to fill it in manual mode (even thought manual mode works for me) and changing the ordering :it's still there in manual (near bottom of the shelf) and "by purchase date" (near top of the shelf) ordering, but disappear if I select "by title" ordering.
