Jeets2: Fallout 3 GOTY.
Pretty vague question though isn't it?
If you like Fallout 3 (and liked 1 and 2), you'll love New Vegas - better plot, better writing, more role-playing.
Vampire: Bloodlines can be had for that sort of money. I know that it's about as old as the sky and the mountains, but it's really good regardless, and a less obvious choice than most others.

timppu: Why, you ask? Because you get a GOG key for the game as well. There aren't many Steam games that can boast the same, even in the over $20 range.
avatar
Pheace: GOG key? No. Other games that can be activated on the developer's home stores? About every EA game and a lot of Uplay games.
Uplay separates Steam from them. You still need steam in order to play the games that have been bought via Steam.

Ah, good point. I thought they changed that recently but seems I probably misread something.

Yeah, it's incredibly stupid. There's actualy Ubisoft's uPlay and Steam's Ubisoft's uPlay - what the hell were they thinking?

heh, actually never played either of the newest Fallout games (New Vegas or 3). Just named the first game that came to mind. Since the question was so vague, didn't put my thought into answering it. Probably a silly thing to do now that I think about it.

FO3 is a kind of a generic Beth sandbox RPG with lots of dungeon crawling, eeeeevil! monsters, pretty much black and white morality and lots of uninspired NPCs. The good thing about it is that it has some nice DLCs - Point Lookout has nice plot and really spooky atmosphere and the Pitt looks really nice.
New Vegas, on the other hand, with Obsidian and Avellone behind it, feels more like a proper Fallout game. Actually, that's the game that convinced me to install and start using Steam :)
