Anyone got it yet? Is it good? How does it run on your system (and what is your system so we can compare to our own)?
Details for those out of the loop:

i thought about getting it, but I think don't I have to have the original before buying the expansion to get the beta?

I tried to get it but it seems like steam shafted european customers again, I guess in some parts of europe it is locked =(
Edit: My bad it says you should have dawn of war: soulstorm before joining the beta.

Soulstorm is now $7.50, and a European one €3.75. Go and buy it if you didn't.

but soulstorm is an expansion, what do you do to play it?
It is a standalone expansion. You can play all races in single player, but you can only play as two races on multiplayer.
wow just played the dow2 bata it's takes abit of getting used to but it's def good fun

Yeah all the expansions are like that, semi-standalone which I suppose is a stand-near.
Soulstorm is pretty crap though, it felt very lazy but then I thought that about the dark eldar & sisters of battle as well so I suppose it's ftting.
In fairness there are a few good elements, stuff like convoy interdiction to prevent the enemy building super weapons but it still feels like a skirmish game with triggers. Dark Crusade could get away with that (a bit) because it was a bit new & introduced stuff like the wargear & the risk style global map
You might like it though, thats what demos are for.
Is the beta download just a linked EXE or an actual steam install?

Steam install like other Steam games. You are downloading the game files from Steam and play.
damn, oh well I'll be waiting for an official demo then.
