This one has my interest. I've never heard of this game, but the humor and plot has me laughing and waiting.

Simplex: I hope that the version on GoG will be the one with better quality (and all) videos

Download size (on game's page) says: 2.3GB, so I presume this is 4CD version.

No no, read the thread before you post:

Wishbone: If you look at the game catalogue, The Feeble Files is set at a whopping 2.3 GB, so I think it's safe to assume that it's the high quality version.

Thanks for good news :) I would buy it on GoG even if it was the 2CD version, but now I will buy it even more ;)

two copies? do you mind gifting me one? :3
I have this game, and if you have the original, the only way to play it (in XP at least) is to either download and use Scumm or use Virtual Machine 2007 SP1 with win95/win98 installed. Using Scumm involves lots of game file namechanges and conversion of files using 3rd party software.
This mean the easiest way is Virtual Machine, if you have an OS disk, and that's how I play it just fine.
Seems to me then, that with no win95/win98 OS disk, GOG is the only way to go without a lot of fiddling! :)
Hope this helps!

I assume that by Virtual Machine 2007 SP1 you mean Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 SP1, right?

Yes, I stand corrected! :)

I once tried to use this software to play Overseer on a virtualised Win 98SE, perhaps it was 2004 version, anyyways it did not help much, I guess the emulated graphics card was to weak. What is your experience with Virtual PC 2007? Is it any good?

It is definitely stronger, and allows shared files, which is very useful - to patch a game for example. You can also drag files from your desktop into the virtual desktop. I am playing Feeble Files, Star Trek Generations and Warhammer 40K Final Liberation, all full screen with decent frame rates. I initially used the 2004 version and this one is quite a lot better.
Thanks for reply, I will have to give 2007 version a chance, perhaps with Under a Killing Moon.
I would like to ask what time is GoG using? It is already 30th of December in Poland and I wanted to finally buy Feeble Files, but on the game page it still says "1 day left". When will it be available? I can't wait :D
EDIT: Ok, downloading now ;)
