To be honest - that seems to be the only difficult part there is.
Then again - the demand for gamer girls seems to be WAY higher than the supply... and as such - if you even manage to find one - she's probably already taken.
Or at least has an entourage of guys around her.
The only solution seems to be a DIY gaming chick... But for that to work you'd need to not only HAVE a GF but a suitable one on top of that.
For better or worse - at least we know where such girls (both gamers and gamer-convertible) hang out: on the Internet. The good thing is - so do we. The bad thing is - it's a HUGE "place".

Then again - your point is absolutely valid if I'd simply consider finding a native speaker as a GF... which, frankly, is a suggestion I've heard too many times to ignore. Still - it might feel really awkward if I'd literally be at a loss for words too often.
