GRRRRRR I WANT this game damnit! Then again I want this game to be good when it comes out so I'm nut sure how annoyed I ahould be, it IS obsidian after all...
Again? Thought it was already pushed to summer. Whatever. My preorder's still kicking.
It's an Obsidian game. Be glad they're giving it the time it needs, for once. Plus, I think that both this and the Alien RPG cancellation tie in with their rush to get a chance to work on a Fallout game again.

Yeah, it's like Chris Avellone's in no rush or anything. Still, I feel rather cheated.

Either way, it probably wouldn't have been playable until summer anyway. So it's for the best that it's released then and doesn't see its value slip through the floor in the meantime.

Don't be so harsh. Their games have always been playable. At least the first two hours.
Anyway, I'm glad Obsidian found a publisher that let them finish and polish one of their game. At last. And I don't mind the delay. I want a real ending this time!

Actually, if I recall correctly they buggered up NWN2 so badly that a large percentage of people could barely play the game :p
While this is bad news, it was clear from the late 2009 footage that the game was not even close to being in a finished state. Hopefully it will actually get finished now, unlike some of Obsidian's past efforts. It can't have been easy to work on this as well as New Vegas.
I'm looking forward to this one. As long as they deliver on what they promise, I have no problem with waiting.
This can only be a good thing, IMO. Obsidian has a bad rep because of publishers rushing their releases. I'm interested to see if they can pull it together and release a nicely polished game if they're actually given time to do the work on it. I've always maintained that people need to give them a chance if they ever found a publisher that's willing to let them polish a game before release. We'll see if my faith in them is justified.
I've paid in full on GamersGate months ago, give me the game dammit!
I don't even know much about this game and really want to play it. I just know that it is about spies, and the ad on the magazine looked kind of cool, so it must be good. Let the record show though that I saw that magazine ad aeons ago, so I have come to the conclusion that it will in fact never be released. It will be forever delayed.

I agree. Better to have it all nicely tied up, than a buggy mess. Still looking forward to AP.

You mean as opposed to KotOR2? And while most of that game WAS playable (for a given value of playable), it was so full of bugs and missing material that it overall was a pretty frustrating experience. Especially since the bits that worked were so damn brilliant. If only they'd had time to finish it, it would have been one of the best Star Wars games ever.

I don't like anything tied up
