TheCheese33: I now wish some brave and clever soul would find a way to send the team crippling viruses to their computers. Especially if they're working on MW3 right now,

It's been done.
So... everything is wrong with it? I know those devs have issues, but surely not THAT many?
Ah well, I'm still going to get it at retail and stuff. It's cheaper here.

DarrkPhoenix: The bulk of official press releases, articles from supposedly reputable individuals/organizations, and just about every other source of information as well also often fall into the category of "useless propaganda".

Which is why I generally ignore it. I'd ignore all this bitching about a fucking game too, if it weren't being splashed around everywhere to the point that it can't be ignored anymore.
Really, why do these idiots get so wound up over a *game* which no one is forcing them to buy? It's just pathetic in the grand scheme of things.

Can't be ignored? That seems rather odd. Personally I've never encountered anything online that wasn't quite easy to ignore. Of course, I guess for some people duty calls. ;)

The problem people are probably having (or at least I'm having), is that this game is quite obviously big, thus it will have a big impact. While the singleplayer was fine, for the most part, the multiplayer is completely shot. The lack of dedicated servers and virtually unmoderated games makes it completely shot in execution. Basically, the multiplayer is far less appealing and a giant step down from it's predecessor, but since it had such an extremely good launch, other developers might take note of it and possibly do the same thing with their games.
Looking at the price the game has on Steam (which reminds me, mandatory Steam integration for a third party game), which is €10 over any other new game (and that it's predecessor costs just as much as Dragon Age and Borderlands in my region), it's just not worth it at all. I played it at a friend who bought it, who was rather pissed as well because of all this, since it's just a big rip off.
