But the written dialogue.. Wow. Just beyond awful. My cat could hold a pen and write the greatest novel in the history of mankind compared to what some of those writers put the voice actors through.

I'm glad to see that Dynasty Warriors 3 got the recognition it deserved! Although, the bizarre voice acting is a part of the charm for me! My personal favourite was the Yellow Turban Rebellion stage with one of the bosses screaming something like, "Now, feel the power of MY MAAA-G-G-G-IIICCC!"

The Playstation 2 game Legaia: Duel Saga only had voice acting at certain points. At first, I was upset at this...until I heard the voice acting. Towards the end of the game, it got really bad:

The only game that I actually stopped playing and sold to Gamestop because it was so bad was Dragoneer's Aria for PSP. When I couldn't tell what gender one of the characters was because of the voice actor, I knew I was done.
I played Megaman X8 before X7; X8 had superb voice acting, and so I was blown away at just how bad X7's voice acting was. *shudders* And after seeing the main video, I'm glad I never played Megaman 8.
Ironically, I've never played a PC game with bad voice acting, and I'm grateful for that; however, the ear-damage I've recieved from console games shall be with me for life.
