A few of these are more laugh out loud funny then they are bad.
A few are bad to bad to put in to words.
the rest range from ok to bad.

Those English dubbers should be shot, trampled on, and shat on by dogs. I vividly recall those House of the Dead and Time Crisis translations. Hilarious stuff.

Number 5 was really funny too, but too long to write out for those who didn't want to watch it all.

couldn't relate to any of those so called games.
except number seven. the dude voiced something in grandia II
oh. there is some confusion about bad acting and bad writing. some of them were alright but i guess when removed from context they do not make sense (the robot chick for example.)

I was going to mention Aquanox, thinking that in seven measly posts, probably no one had commented on it... but it's so darn bad it got mentioned on the third post.
I actually stopped playing it because of the voices. The ponderous movements were tolerable but the shrilly voice from this girl character every time she opened her mouth was the embodiment of sonic punishment.

#1 could easily have been any random ten seconds of this.
(The video is incredibly fail, but the sound is all you need to suffer.)

Hmmm... I wonder what criteria were used to judge these and order them. Some of them are worded badly, some of them are poorly delivered, and some are both, but others seem oddly decent. I know I can think of more poorly delivered lines than some of these...
I would have replaced #1 with Dante's infamous "I should've been the one to fill your soul with LIIIIIIIIIGHT!!!"

"Hold me if I'm dying and vice versa!?" I don't know about worst voice acting, but that sure does win one of the worst scripting. Who ever wrote that should be condemned to hearing it play every second of their life.

To be fair, a few of them are due to bad writing more than the voice acting itself.

"The absolute being.. She is female, 23 years old... Bad."
Wow.. Talk about quality dialogue!
