What is everyone doing for the 4th of July? I'll be gone for two weeks, travelling all the way to New Jersey from Texas, stopping at friends and family along the way. Stuck on my sibling's MacBook, I'm afraid. At least I figured out a way to hook up a small TV to our car so I can play God of War and God of War II on the way down there, when I'm not driving the rest of the family.
In fact, this will probably be the last time I'm able to get a good internet connection, so this is my last post before July 9th or so. I'll try to get some GOG stickers posted places and take pictures when I get back. Didn't have the foresight to carry the little envelope in my backpack. Cheers!
work work work
Going to Canada to light off fireworks and get some booze with the family. :-P And then back to work...

I'll probably sleep in, play dawn of war 2 & be happy I'm not having to go to uni, same as any saturday really.
In tribute to my american cousins (not that I have any, the closest I have is a canadian branch of the family), I might listen to a lot of Stuck Mojo, Killswitch Engage, Pantera & the like
Going to an old friends house on the other side of the island near the coast. Light up a bbq and get some beers.
Typical Saturday for me
May or may not schlep across the New Mexico border to Lordsburg where fireworks are legal and blow shit up.
On the 3rd though, presuming my mom isn't still sick we're gonna cruise down to Nogales (AZ side) and do some geocaching in that area.
Will be doing sod all.
Well we lost, didn't we.

A normal Saturday for me. I do plan on cleaning out my car, I got in to drive to work this morning, and it smells like something has died and gone rotten in there.
I'm an eurofag, but I do have the day off.
Maybe I'll eat hamburgers in honor of Americuh.

Fuck that shit. Canada Day today, dudes.
I get Friday off, so I think I'll stay home for three days, thus spending 50% more time playing computer games than I do on a normal weekend.

We're not American, but on the third of July (no meeting on the fourth) we'll be having an America themed night with the Beavers.
The selection of American food we have for them includes:
* Hotdogs
* Hotdogs
* Hotdogs
* Hotdogs
* Hotdogs with mustard AND ketchup
If you live in a hole: Beavers is the youngest section of the SCOUT MOVEMENT. I'm a training Scout Leader so I help out at Beavers.
Visiting friends of ours who live out in the middle of nowhere and blow shit up!
Drink plenty of beer while fishing (but not keeping) out on the local lake.
Play horseshoes, drive some ATV's on their property and eat plenty of high calorie food!
A typical holiday. ;)
