I feel like this is a great opportunity to finally play some classics that I wanted to because they weren't here.

Just found out there's remastered editions of Monkey Island 1 & 2. I'm excited.
KOTORs, Battlefront 2 and Jedi Academy.

Matruchus: Since I can't remember any of these big publisher releases with countdowns I wonder does this mean that gog releases games from that publisher in three days or is that just the announcement for the publisher to come here.
avatar
toxicTom: Well it would be rather ankward to officially announce the publisher and not have at least one game ready to throw to the hungry wolves.
It would be pretty awkward, but seeing how in the past GOG just loved to announce announcements, I wouldn't completely rule out this possibility yet. :D

All LucasArts adventures are of course welcome, but I'm mostly interested in both Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic games and Grim Fandango. I heard so much good things about them, but never played them. As I have really no connection to the Star Wars franchise I'm not hyped about these games, but I'm happy to see them also here.

As far as I know the games on steam are kind of ported to modern systems and don't work with ScummVM.I hope GOG could get the original versions that work with ScummVM and that can run on other devices like tablets. Thanks to the great work in the past and the dedication of the folks from ScummVM it would also be more future-proof. In best case we could get all the different versions (language, ega, vga, floppy releases, cd releaes, FM-Town), but I guess that would be the absolute overkill for the gog support ;-)

I would like to see Kingdom Hearts on the PC.

markrichardb: Knights of the Old Republic 2 was so good it almost saved the Starwars prequel trilogy thanks to its portrayal of the Jedi.

Almost. I mean, there are miracles, and then there's bending the fabric of reality.

xxxIndyxxx: And yet it's one on the very very very few games I couldn't force myself finishing in more then 20 years of gaming. There must be something wrong with it ;)
"Nobody walked away from KotoR 2, save one. And that is what I sought to understand – how one could turn away from such power, give up the greatest starwars RPG ever made, and still live. But I see what happened now. It was because you were… afraid."

Is that game on here? The only Star Wars game I had long ago where you had to fly an X-Wing fighter along a freighter, the video was so pixelated, but it was cool at the time.

IAmSinistar: I just think it's useful for people to keep in mind that there are a variety of opinions out there.
LIKE, THE RIGHT ONES, BUT ALSO THE WRONG ONES.

Speaking of which,

Dear GOG, please disregard all these expressed wishes, and release Star Wars Rebellion instead, as it is a better game than the games that all these people want.

Kthxbye.
Ah, my dearest Star Wars: Rogue Squadron, how long have I been dreaming of you coming to GOG...
All the LEGO games ( star wars, indiana jones, pirates of the caribbean)

KOTOR 1 and 2

Galactic Battlegrounds

Jedi Academy
Sam and Max Hit the Road
All Monkey Island games
Grim Fandango
Star Wars KOTOR 1&2
Tron 2.0
So many memories of my childhood blocking my brother's computer :-).

I'd love to see:
Day of the Tentacle + Maniac Mansion
Monkey Island games
Grim Fandango

Never played KOTOR or Indiana Jones but I would definitely try.
