I don't think even a millionaire could spent over $100 on a 2d strategy game and NOT feel ripped off.

Go to isthereanydeal and stalk the sales until it falls to what you would think is acceptable. The lower the price, the longer you'll wait.

Those games are not about the visuals. For the target audience they could be in ascii art and they could still ask this price.
