The Duct tape and Bluetak seems to be holding up pretty well, so far, even if the scaffolding appears a bit rickety (although another layer of tape and a few more blobs of the blue stuff wouldn't go amiss) . Surely that would suffice as enough support, no! ?...
Support from GOG has been mostly okay for me. If they'd delete my achievements, played time and the other stuff that Galaxy tracks then I'd be happier. When I asked them to delete it, they said no. Yes, I know you can turn that stuff off. I had turned it off but something didn't take and it recorded some of those things anyway. This was years ago. Zoom's support has been really good. Steam's has been so-so.

Syphon72: ZP has a small number of games to support. I already had a few ZP game issues that never got answered. It could be because it got lost in Discord. Not easy to keep track of everything using Discord for support.
Maybe things have changed but when I asked about support I had emailed them. Not sure if that is still viable or not. I am no fan of Discord either, and that is a negative to me how they have a Discord but not a forum (see...I have a criticism about them...lest any people come in the topic to accuse me of being a "shill" etc, for the "crime" of daring to mention another store by name). Though I guess if I had to pick, I would choose Discord over a chat bot. At least I could presume I am talking to a human being on Discord.
