The game will supposedly also include the Southlands, presumably the starting position of the Skaven. I had to look it up on a map. It's here.

adaliabooks: As long as you could actually play them together too (as in Lizardmen vs Orcs or whoever were in the first one), otherwise it would be a bit limited..

I'll probably pick this up when they do a complete set or something with all three, never really played Total War but the Warhammer setting is very appealing.
The Warhammer setting is the main reason I have this game on my radar at all. Too bad no Total War game as ever made it over here.

Here's the thing later one they are gonna combine all the content into one super mega campaign where every faction is there.

And there is a hint of Tomb Kings being DLC in the future.

You can rent this game if you want to download 700 terabytes of sh!t. So no.
They have been Steam only before GOG became a thing.

Just have to wait until GOG gets their hands on Sega.

In my day content designed to work in tandem with the original game was called an expansion pack. They're charging $60 or your regional equivalent for it, and will probably hold back the most popular faction for pre-order ransom like they've done the last two Total War games. Someone should start a petition demanding Sega be inserted into the games as a new undead faction because as far as I'm concerned, they're all a bunch of blood-sucking vampires.

They can suck my blood all they want because I am having a good time and its worth all the money.

So buy it if you want it so much ya cheap bastard :P

But seriously the game has to be worth $60. 4 new factions ,that means 4 times the work on animation and voice acting. And animations is VERY pricy and difficult to do to this day. Especially when you consider the kind of game we are dealing with.

This isn't Starcraft 1 or Rome 1 anymore. Graphics have become more demanding.
