The name is cool. Although it would be better if it was ActualPunk 1977.

That makes almost as much sense as paying Keanu Reeves money that should have been spent on fulfilling the promises
CDP had made to generate hype, which the executives knew well in advance were not going to be kept.

Yeah, I know everyone's doing that these days, but some of you still think CDP is exceptional and deserves your undying loyalty -- which is very nice for CDP, and I'm pretty sure they'll reward you by resisting the temptation to pay themselves fat bonuses the next time they release a hot, broken mess that needs a year or two to fix.

This has nothing to do with this thread being lame. LOL.

If being appreciative of CDP's latest magnum opus is lame, so be it. Rarely has a gold plated turd shone quite so brightly, so credit where credit is due, I say!

Given the sorry state of the game industry, however, it's looking better every day, which is nothing to sneeze at.

The meming in this thread doesn't work. It is somehow embarrassing. LOL.

Like "LOL"?

You may be onto something.

The best in bugs at the launch, I never saw tastier bugs in my life. It made CD Projekt Red to bring tasty bugs into the remaster of "The Witchier 3" as well. What a charmer! I am thrilled to see what the big buggier future awaits us. Even the fear of Cthulhu cannot outmatch the nice horrors of what great bugfestations CD Projekt Red is able to create in our smooth chitin days. Isn't it beautiful? The Horror genre will never be the same.

The main character's name starts with a V, just like my username.

Catventurer: There's a stay hairless cat in the game that you can adopt and make into a pet:

richlind33: That alone makes it worth $60.

skeletonbow: Cyberpunk 2077 runs on my 10 year old Radeon HD7850 2GB GPU despite the fact the GPU is like 5 years older than the minimum GPU specs listed for the game. Also, FSR 2.1 runs on my GPU despite AMD saying FSR supported back to RX580. I actually get 25-30fps and it is playable, although I'm on the lowest possible settings at 1080p with FSR on performance mode. But it works!

richlind33: That's kind of amazing.
Indeed, it actually got better performance over time as they optimized the game too. I've upgraded to a Radeon RX 6700 XT a little over a month ago now though and am getting over 60fps in 1600p with ray tracing enabled... what a major upgrade. Finally can have my cake and eat it too. LOL
It's fun to see how everyone got downvoted at the time this thread was created.

Just to remain on topic, the gameplay feels really good to me, and I liked completing all the secondary missions (and looting everything on my way!)

I was considering a 7900 XTX but the power consumption is pretty extreme. What's your card like?
"Say something nice about Cyberpunk 2077"

I do not own it, but I may consider getting it when it is free on GoG....maybe.
