2. Open this program and use it to open the file you downloaded from mangagamer
3. Drag the files from 7zip et al to the directory where the executable for the Maidens game is

Try copy pasting files you extracted archive_ex.rpa and script_ex.rpa from the folder MaidensOfMichael-2.0-adult_patch to the game where you installed it with the same names and replace the files.
If you don't know where your game is just right click on shortcut of the game icon choose properties and press find target. The folder should pop up i believe. Look for the files there and copy them in there.
If i am wrong then there really should have been a read me file but mangagamer didn't include it :(.
Also if you will properly patch it then go into the game and check the config menu in the game for the adult option.

You extracted it to the main game folder i see. Since i don't know the folders structures how it was before i don't believe i could properly help. Was game there before did it ask you to replace any folders if not follow bellow instructions
Would have been easier if i had the game, but check renpy first maybe go further to common if it has that.
Or maybe lib just check all the folders and look for the files i mentioned before. You need to find the files i mention those two archive_ex.rpa and script_ex.rpa and simply put it in from adult patch into the other folder where you will find these files.
Then try running the game and check if any options showed up.

Was the folder " MaidensOfMichael-2.0-adult_patch" there from the start or did you put it there/is that the thing you downloaded from mangagamer? What is in that folder? Only those two files from your second picture in post nr. 18? Or something else too?
