Have you been asked to check any browser addons / extensions you have in use? Maybe something browser related is automatically blocking the Orders page.
Could even be something in your browser settings, if there is a built-in blocker.
Of course one easy way to check things, is to use another browser. Maybe install a clean one to do just that.

Timboli: Of course one easy way to check things, is to use another browser. Maybe install a clean one to do just that.
Ice_Mage: It's right there in the OP:Ice_Mage: I came here via a referral from another thread, so I did a quick read and response only, then went back to the other thread.
That said, Galaxy is a kind of glorified web browser, has an embedded browser I think.
Anyway, the whole thing seems weird, and I am not surprised Support is struggling.
Everything would be built on some kind of database lookup I suspect, so an error somewhere in the database could be causing an issue for the Order page, which would occur for Galaxy as well as a browser.

Hello jayeljay! Great that your issue(s) got resolved.
Curiously, my problem with incomplete purchase attempts remaining still (even way after 30 days have passed) in my Orders History did not got fixed, yet. And most importantly, the support responded to me that the Orders History is generated automatically, and the GOG team would not have the means to edit it manually.
But I am glad, your's is alright now!
