It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

jayeljay: Hello again. It's been a while since I made a post but things have been moving so slowly I only now have anything to bring up. ...........
Have you been asked to check any browser addons / extensions you have in use?
Maybe something browser related is automatically blocking the Orders page.
Could even be something in your browser settings, if there is a built-in blocker.

Of course one easy way to check things, is to use another browser. Maybe install a clean one to do just that.

It's right there in the OP:

jayeljay: I installed GoG Galaxy for the first time and it too would not display the Order History.

Ok, thanks, I did miss that.
I came here via a referral from another thread, so I did a quick read and response only, then went back to the other thread.

That said, Galaxy is a kind of glorified web browser, has an embedded browser I think.

Anyway, the whole thing seems weird, and I am not surprised Support is struggling.

Everything would be built on some kind of database lookup I suspect, so an error somewhere in the database could be causing an issue for the Order page, which would occur for Galaxy as well as a browser.

I apologise for taking so long to write a followup, but life has been hectic and unpleasant so I kept procrastinating.

Everything is fixed now, and was fixed just before the turn of the new year. As I stated previously, tech support had told me that the issue had been refereed to the 'appropriate department' with no ETA. About a week later after some further back and forth regarding some of the missing games, I received a message from Technical Support with a gift link to re-add the last few missing games I had paid for back to my account. In the process of using the link I discovered that the Order History page would display correctly again. Thanking them and inquiring further they went on to explain that the 'Finance Team' had to go into my order history and manually fix the error.

A long belated shout-out of thanks to tech support for their help, to the Finance team for fixing the Order History issue, and to the forum mod whom helped me get back in touch with tech support when I was having an issue.

And another long belated thanks to the people who responded in this thread and gave me some insight and reassurance on navigating this proess for the first time. It's all new to me so the suggestions were really quite helpful and put my mind at ease on some things.

So for now that's all. Everything is fixed and as it should be. Once again, thank you all and take care. :)

Hello jayeljay!

Great that your issue(s) got resolved.

Curiously, my problem with incomplete purchase attempts remaining still (even way after 30 days have passed) in my Orders History did not got fixed, yet. And most importantly, the support responded to me that the Orders History is generated automatically, and the GOG team would not have the means to edit it manually.

But I am glad, your's is alright now!

Kind regards,
foxgog
Glad to hear you got it sorted out in the end.
