krugos2: It's hard to pick only one game, also my answer would change depending on the day you ask. But, at this time, I guess I would like to see Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2. I loved the first game, especially with mods, but I've never played the sequel because it was released only for console and I haven't had a console since the SNES. Now that the game has been re-released and is finally available on PC, I would love to see it here.
I loved Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1 and i played it coop-op too! Also i have boxed version of game!

I was surprised of game re-release!

I'd really love to see the old Soldier of Fortune series (esp. the first one).

Haven't played them in ages. Please, bring these games back to the surface!

The "only" two games iam waiting for are Demonworld and Shannara.
Freelancer, Mechwarrior games DO IT !
Discworld Noir.
Backyard Baseball with multiplayer
[Edit: Oh, one game. =) Yoomurjak's Ring then, I suppose. Probably easier to get that running on modern systems than any of the others from the 1990s that I mention below. So many great FMV games, though.]

Any of the classic FMV games from the 1990s that were relatively decent... Ripper, Temujin, Dark Side of the Moon, Black Dahlia, Byzantine, Angel Devoid, the Santa Fe Mysteries... and maybe a few that were less well received, like Burn:Cycle, Mode or Midnight Stranger, even the over-the-top (arguably sexist, yet somehow empowering) Riana Rouge.

It would also be cool to see the English subbed version of Yoomurjak's Ring on GOG. A nice Hungarian FMV adventure game from 2009 that seems to have been largely overlooked.

There are many great FMV games on GOG, however, and for that I am thankful... Tex Murphy, Phantasmagoria, Zork, Wing Commander, 7th Guest, Gabriel Knight, and Legacy of Time are good examples of series that (at least in my mind) didn't produce complete FMV bombs.

"Go Megan! Oh, look at Megan!" <- From the game that brought about the beginning of the end for FMV. If you get that reference, bonus points to you (and congratulations for having the constitution to make it through that scene ;).

Command and Conquer Ultimate Edition.

It is the only game of those i had once and gog doesn't have it, so as i can buy it here. Or the only one i couldn't substitute for... Absence of Diablo series here for me, was remedied with Victor Vran and Grim Dawn, especially the latter.
There are two that I can't choose between, I would like so much that they come here :
Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine
Future Cop: LAPD

I still keep my hopes : maybe, one day... :)
No way I could pick just one, but any one (if not all) of these would be great:

- Rodina*
- BeamNG.drive*
- ETS2**
- Spintires

*Already avaliable DRM free
**Had DRM free CD-Key versions

nightcraw1er.488: Just have a look over the wishlist, thousands of entries. Unfortunately due to either Gogs move from that to new indiewares or steam competition, or problems with aquiring licences, we are highly unlikely to see any of it.
Continue to expect shedloads of rubbish, with the odd good title once every 4 or 5 month.

LiqMat: Unfortunately, you speak truth from what I am seeing.

My submission:

Apache Air Assault (2010) - One of the best attack helicopter sims ever made that no one played.
If it had been available, a few more people would have played it. Can't even find a good torrent for it any more.
Metal Gear Solid Series

I know that there are already PC versions existing of part 1, 2 and 5. Part 3 and 4 still have to be ported.

Resident Evil Series
I'd like to see Drakensang and Drakensang: The River of Time
Well, no doubt, i was able to get most of the games i "lost" in the past, the only one I'm really sad that's missing from here it's Harbinger, a diabloesque game, it's nothing special probably but it's like 10 years that i want to try it! Also i wasn't able to get Severance: Blade of Darkness before it was pulled out so it would be cool a comeback (yay for a digital only future xD).
Personally, I would like the C&C Ultimate Collection to come here.

Starkrun: KISS Psycho Circus or Heavy Metal FAKK 2... pipe dreams...

More ideally a Bethsoft title like Oblivion or Fallout 3/NV
Or how about all three? You sure got your wish. ;)

Not the 'pipe dreams' though...
