avatar
phaolo: Hello, thank you for this giveaway, I'm in for one of these:
1- Hollow Knight
2- Regalia: Royal Edition

Unworthy game:
- Gorogoa (it looks nice, but seems a short & easy mobile-like game)
Gorogoa is not just nice. It is beautiful and not quite as easy as it looks. It is a perfect mobile game, in that it is a complete and wonderful game that uses well the mechanics of a phone.

I am in for, please:
Gorogoa
Phantom Doctrine
Ronin
Seven: The Days Long Gone

I think HuniePop should be removed from this list. Because I don't like it. That is my only reason.
Thanks a lot for this generous giveaway, Lone_Scout. I'd love to please be in for Distrust (oh boy, could this be a The Thing experience?!) and Hollow Knight (had my eyes on this sweet platformer for a while...)

The game that seems most unworthy for me is ̶H̶u̶n̶i̶e̶P̶o̶p̶, as it falls into a genre I just can't see myself enjoying.

Good luck everyone :)
Do like your giveaway Lone_Scout:)

In for Gorogoa

Unworthy game - HuniePop (the name says it all)

Thanks.

Thank you to the magnificent Lone_Scout for holding such a great giveaway! And here, is where January is the start of a bright and glowing year, if only it isn't all covered in snow now (for the most parts). ^_^;

The game I would "kick out" (cause I wish I didn't have to) would be "Enter the Gungeon". I'm not really fond of the new-age retro pixel stuff.

I'm in!

Phantom Doctrine
Distrust
Seven: The Days Long Gone
Regalia: Royal Edition

Cool cool

I'm in for Gorogoa!

And would curate out Ronin. Looks like some flash game i could've found for free.
Oh man, you are tempting me :) Normally I wouldn´t participate in a giveaway after I already won a game a few weeks ago... but I really would like to play Cultist Simulator. So I´m in for this game. But feel free to put me on low priority (or disqualify me) at your discretion.

The game, that I would vote out, is Seven: The Days Long Gone. Just because it´s expensive and you should watch your budget to not ruin yourself with far too generous giveaways :)
Thank you for the giveaway, Lone_Scout! I'd like to be in for either of these

Cultist Simulator, Lovecraftian horror is my bag
Phantom Doctrine since it reminds me a lot of Xcom, a truly fun series

And I'm going to say to curate out HuniePop. Match 3 games are fun and all, but there's better ones like Bejeweled out there, and if you just want scantily clad (or not clad at all) girls, there's way, way more selection out there too
Thanks for this interesting giveaway, Lone_Scout. :)

I'm in for:
HuniePop
Divinity: Original Sin - Enhanced Edition
Ronin

I would curate out Gorogoa.

Good luck, everyone!
Thanks for the giveaway.

I'm in for:

Divinity Original Sin
Hollow Knight
HuniePop
Phantom Doctrine

I'd eliminate Ronin. The art style isn't doing it for me, I don't like a lot of platformers, and I'm not even sure how it would work as a TB.
Thank you for the giveaway.

I'm in for:
Blackwell Bundle
Divinity: Original Sin - Enhanced Edition
Gorogoa
Regalia - Royal Edition

I will pick HuniePop to be removed, match-3 style puzzle is not my type of game.
Good luck all. Not in this time. :)
Aaaah, I am in.

For Phantom Doctrine.

And the only one I could remove is HuniePop. Not a very original choice, I know. It's getting a bit of slack for being a sexy anime girlies vehicle, and that's why I vote it out (I'm a bit allergic to sexy anime girlies vehicles), although, to be fair, if the giveaway didn't force me to select one to be removed, I'd have kept it. My choice is based on taste, about the style of a game I haven't played, and that is otherwise praised as offering decent gameplay. Hardly very fair to kick out.

But all the other titles were even harder to kick out. (Well, if HuniePop wasn't there to act as a lightning rod, maybe I'd have designated Seven, just because it looks too much like yet another run-of-the-mill diablolike, but again, this is just a vague impression about an unplayed game. Could be misleading.)
Thank you, Lone_Scout, for an interesting giveaway. I have been curious about some of the games on your list, so having your 'curated recommendations' has moved them up on my list.. :)

I would like to be in for:
1. Hollow Knight - I haven't played a metroidvania before, but this one has great reviews and a story and gameplay that seem very interesting.
2. Seven: The Days Long Gone - I really enjoyed the original Thief games so an open-world Thief/shadows could be very fun to play.
3. Phantom Doctrine - XCom has been a long-time favorite game of mine, it would be interesting to see the mechanics adapted into a spy-adventure storyline.
4. Gorogoa - It looks like a beautiful and intriguing puzzle game.

As for the game I would throw out ... that would have to be HuniePop. Sorry, but that just sounds like too much of a 1960's/70's commercial jingo - 'HuniePop, HuniePop, oh Hunie HuniePop ....' I admit I don't actually know much about it as it is a genre I'm really not into and the other games you have listed probably have more gameplay, thinking and storyline involved.
