Greetings, GOGmates!

How's the hard January going? Why not easing it a bit with a little giveaway? I've been thinking about some wicked and mischievous ideas for one, but I finally decided to keep this one (mostly) fair and simple, so here it goes.

Rules for participating:
Please read them carefully, as failing to follow them may get you out of this giveaway.

#1 You must be a member of GOG since 2018 or before.

#2 Choose the game(s) you wish to participate for, to a maximum of 8 games. Please only enter games you don't own and are truly interested in playing, not just backlogging or collecting.

#3 All the games listed below are games I have personally played and enjoyed a lot, so it could be said that they have been curated both by the GOG staff and by me. Hey, why don't we add some extra curation to the list? To participate, you must also select a game from the list (only one, and you can't just say "none") you don't consider worthy of this giveaway. The most voted game (or maybe the less voted, or even both, I'll randomly decide) will be removed from this giveaway.

#4 Each winner will receive a single game. Winners will be partly hand-picked, partly randomly selected. I mean, I'll randomly choose them with with the help of my good old dice set, but I must actually pick the dice with my own hand to roll some result, you know. The given keys are for your own use and are not to be traded. Make sure your chat settings are set to public in order to receive the prize.

#5 This giveaway will be open to participation until February 7th around 15:00 +1 GMT. Good luck to everyone!

Available games:

I. Blackwell Bundle
II. Cultist Simulator
III. Darkest Dungeon
IV. Distrust
V. Divinity: Original Sin - Enhanced Edition
VI. Dust: An Elysian Tail
VII. Enter the Gungeon
VIII. Gorogoa
IX. Hollow Knight
X. HuniePop
XI. Legends of Eisenwald
XII. Mount and Blade: Warband
XIII. Phantom Doctrine
XIV. Regalia: Royal Edition
XV. Ronin
XVI. Seven: The Days Long Gone

Nice nice but the one that needs removing is me. (Not in, in case that was unclear.)
Thanks for the opportunity hope i win one good luck to all the other contestants
1.Darkest Dungeon
2.Hollow Knight
3.Enter the Gungeon
4.Blackwell Bundle

the one that should be removed is Gorogoa for it looks like the most boring game on the list, and puzzle games have a big lack of game play.

Hmmm...interesting GA concept. We have some overlap in game taste for certain.

I haven't been in for one in a while I think. I may end up withdrawing, but for now I'll be in.

The game I really want but don't have: Regalia
The game I would curate out: Darkest Dungeon.

I know DD is popular, and I do sometimes get suckered into buying them because I love RPGs and they look cool, but I usually end up disappointed with the roguelike genre. Even ToME left me a bit cold.
Thank you for this !

I'm playing for : Distrust
Hello, thank you for this giveaway, I'm in for one of these:
1- Hollow Knight
2- Regalia: Royal Edition

Unworthy game:
- Gorogoa (it looks nice, but seems a short & easy mobile-like game)

Lone_Scout: ...
I'd like to participate to have a chance to get one game, but I'm really confused by #3 - how can I select "not worthy game" if I don't know most of the rest of them? :/ I would prefer to have option to recommend some other game to others instead.

You can recommend anything you like, but you must follow evil rule #3 to enter the giveaway, even if you select a random game from the list. Sorry, that will weight on your conscience... :P
I'm in for: Hollow Knight and Gorogoa

The game I would kick out: Dust: An Elysian Crap. I'll just copy-paste my review:

I tried. I really tried to like this game. It just won't happen. I have no idea why people like it. It's so boring. So dull. Every level is exactly the same. The scenery changes between chapters, but that's it. It's just a simplistic platformer in which you slash through countless mindless, incompetent, repetative enemies. There is little to no variation. The story is almost non existant compared to the amount of times spent slashing the hordes of brainless enemies. The graphics are nice... if you like anime, which I hate. The voice acting is ok in some cases, bad in most, ungodly annoying in one, and that one is your companion who NEVER SHUTS UP.

Thanks greeting from Venezuela

X. HuniePop

:D
Thanks for the giveaway.

I will be in for Hollow Knight

The game I dont consider worthy of the giveaway is Darkest Dungeon. The difficulty spikes are insanely frustrating.

XVI. Seven: The Days Long Gone
Interesting concept for a giveaway, i'm in for
Divinity: Original Sin - ENhanced EDition
Mount and Blade: Warband

The game that I believe doesn't belong on the giveaway is Huniepop, as the rest, for the most part except dust, are more dark and it kind of just seems out of place thematically. thats my thoughts, thanks for the mini thought experiement, have a great day everyone :)
Nice! Another gimmick giveaway, I like those ones! :D

Now, here's my list:

> High Priority
1) Divinity: Original Sin - Enhanced Edition
2) Cultist Simulator
3) Enter the Gungeon
4) Blackwell Bundle
5) Legends of Eisenwald
6) Regalia: Royal Edition
7) Seven: The Days Long Gone :P
8) Dust: An Elysian Tail
> Low Priority

As for the special task, I obviously haven't played any of the games that I don't own, but I saw stuff about them, so the game I would pick to eliminate would be... Phantom Doctrine.

Because honestly it looked like a pretty good game, but from what I read in reviews and forums, all the aspects of the game (the combat, stealth and investigation sections) turned out to be really underwhelming, and also that while many of the bugs on release were fixed, there are a bunch of them that still persist.

In the end, I saw good reasons as to why I could potentially enjoy the other games, but not for this one.

Okay then! Let's see if luck will be on my side this time. Thanks for this giveaway Lone_Scout and good luck to everyone! :)

Oh well, I'll try... :(

The game I'm in for: Cultist Simulator - This is the game I really want to try, as it looks very unusual.

The game I can highly recommend to the others: Darkest Dungeon - It has tough learning curve but it gives so much satisfaction to every roguelike's fan.

The game I selected by sticking to rule #3: HuniePop - To all anime fans: I'm so sorry, I just do not like anime's "big eyes". :(
Thank you for the opportunity, Lone_Scout! Great giveaway.

I'm in for:
1. Regalia: Royal Edition
2. Phantom Doctrine

If I were pressed to nominate a game to be removed, it would be Gorogoa. But only because it's just not the type of game I could ever see myself playing. The art style is gorgeous, and I'm certain it's a great game, but not for me.
