Hi there. I'm currently only able to use my laptop so I can't play any big games. And whenever I buy a wireless mouse I loose it. So could someone recommend me some good keyboard-only games I could play.
I mostly play Shooters. RPGs and Platformers. Though I'll try anything that isn't a text adventure or Turn-biased strategy. And I'm more into light, actiony stuff than hard or deep games. Recently I've been playing a lot Sonic, Sega Genesis, Tomb Raider And Legacy of Kain games (Dreamcast/PS2 era stuff plays great on my machine)

Okay. Go!

Thanks for readin'! :)
Shovel Knight should be playable with keyboard only. There's also VVVVVV, though that game can be difficult (especially if you decide to go for all trinkets). I would stay away from Guacamelee, however, as that game requires lots of precise simultaneous inputs, and therefore might not be playable on some keyboards.

Ultima 1-5 are keyboard-only, as are Might and Magic 1-2. Might and Magic 3-5 don't need the mouse (though it is supported), same with Ultima 6. (Stay away from Ultima 7, however.)

Elminage Gothic is another RPG that doesn't need the mouse (it was actually designed for a controller), though it can be difficult after the start.

One more thing: It's "lose", not "loose", at least in that context.

Edit: I could also mention Freedom Planet since you mentioned playing Sonic.

DOS games, Old school (like) platformers.
Race the Sun? I don't play it anymore, but it's very addictive and fun for a time, and I played when I was stuck to my sickbed with only a laptop and no mouse. It only uses 3 keys, so it's a perfect laptop game.

Recettear? Somewhat grindy RPG (the idea is to start over the campaign several times until you "get it right", as the "game over - continue" screen gives you stuff to get better at your next run), but quite fun, and doesn't use the mouse at all. Was done with controller in mind, but I played it during my "stuck to sickbed" time, and it works perfectly well with the arrows and 3 other keys.
BLACKHOLE

The bes game I played last year. Intense platformer with perfectly responsive controls. Here is my little review about it.

Both seconded.

It's been a while since I played Sunless Sea, but I don't think there's any particular need to use the mouse. It can be pretty unforgiving, so I recommend disabling permadeath either the moment you start playing or after your first few sinkings.

Sid Meier's Pirates! can be played with the mouse, but that feels really awkward as the game was made for the original XBox. It's surprisingly fun even today, even though it could probably use another reboot.

FTL is a bit of a roguelike. The combat system requires use of the mouse, but you can pause with the spacebar so you have all the time in the world to plan your next shot and to shuffle crew members around.

EDIT: Oh, and VVVVVV. All you need are the arrow keys/WASD and a heap of patience. It is one of those "hard but fair" platformers where you're constantly dead, dying or respawning right next to where you had your previous off.

Screamer 4x4 all the way.Works like a charm on any pc,especially on laptops. It looks great and has some some serious physics involved(for a game that is from 2000) ;).Cheers

Rayman 2: The Great Escape
Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc
Dungeon Keeper
Star Wars Battlefront 2

All four of these are dated, but should run easily on your laptop ^^ all of them have a lot of entertainment value :)

Old shooters like Doom 1, Doom 2, Wolfenstein 3D, Duke Nukem 3D, Redneck Rampage and some more were played back then by keyboards only. And while it's hated for it's unothodox control, mainly because you can only play it by keyboard, I enjoyed playing the first Gothic on my notebook ;-) But be aware, you need time to get into it, as the controls are very different to other rpgs.
Then it's time you played Crimzon Clover.
Well, for starters I would recommend getting a flat and some food, so you don't have to live ON your laptop any more!
SPELUNKY.
shit!

Joke ninjad! :P

This is an awesome game for sure, but I don't think I'd want to play it without a mouse.
