It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Interesting that you joined back in 2011, but somehow you've missed the fact that you can download offline installer packages via browser and completely bypass using Galaxy altogether... especially since Galaxy didn't even exist until, what, 2014? That's 3 years of you having an account without Galaxy to play your games on. XD

Perhaps you should be nicer to people interested in helping you.

CaliKat68: I started supporting GoG back in 2011. I loved that I could buy older games and play them offline. I've bought nearly 40 older games through the years. I needed to downgrade from Win 10 to Win 7 64x and now not only does this stupid GoG Galaxy app not work, I cannot download and play games I paid for offline.

GoG used to be THE place for retro PC gaming, now it's just another hot garbage EA clone with a bit less microtransaction. If I could get a refund for every game I've bought I would.

end rant..
Nobody is going to support an ONLINE application on an outdated OS indefinitely. There are still offline installers though. You should be aware of them, if you joined in 2011.

Why do I get the feeling that you failed to expand the "DOWNLOAD OFFLINE BACKUP GAME INSTALLERS" section? Don't be mean to people who are trying to help you, go to https://www.gog.com/account, pick a game, expand "DOWNLOAD OFFLINE BACKUP GAME INSTALLERS" and then download the actual game installers, rather than downloading Galaxy via the big blue button (See attachment).

Judging from the initial rant .... err claims(!!!) and the silence when it comes to answering question I guess that the OP has managed to download the installers by now and doesn't want to admit he did something wrong :)

My guess is that for some reason he tried to download from the store page instead from his library. On the store page there is indeed no download link.

Just curious but did you try the save as functionality when right clicking? It works 100% of the time as long as you're connected to the hivemind...interwebz.

Swissy88: Downloading in offline mode, how does that work?

CarChris: Good one! +1.
Naturally by printing out the IP datagramms and delivering them via pidgeons.

It's an official (even though experimental) internet standard (RFC 1499) since 1990.
Turns out the real hot garbage was in OP's head all along.
