Ancient-Red-Dragon: Were the first versions the uncensored versions, and the second versions the censored versions?

Or alternatively, has GOG only ever sold the censored versions, and every version of those games on GOG has always been censored?
I think the first ones were censored. I don't think I've tested the 2nd ones. I have a feeling it's the latter (the same versions removed then just put back again).

Depends.
What version is/was sold on GOG?
The European/German/UK versions...or the US (et al) versions?

Edit: according to pcgamingwiki, the digital releases are based on the Euopean version(s).

They are supposed to be the same modulo logos and missing extras in the second version.

Breja: Why aren't Fallout 1&2 and Brotherhood of Steel marked as "owned" when I defintely do own them (I even checked to make sure they are still in my library)?
I own a number of games that don't show up as owned on their GOG pages (and stay on my wishlist!) -- Morrowind and Fallout New Vegas being two of them.

AB2012: Edit: Search gogdb.org for "Fallout" and you'll see 2x separate Fallout's (1440166342 and 1440148836) and Fallout 2's (1440166436 and 1440151285).
Technically speaking you pointed out differences between a game and a package. But in the case of Fallouts, there are also classic versions with ids 1, 2 and 3, which is the most likely cause of "not owned" status here.

I have been told that that information on PCGamingWiki is now outdated (I think this must have applied to the Bethesda "re-release" as of 2015, but not anymore; not sure about the "classic" Interplay release).

My feeling is that it now isn't the original US release either, rather the previously digitally distributed EU one with some de-censor patch pre-applied, but it would take someone with a much deeper knowledge of the game and its original release differences than me to confirm it.
