foxworks: I guess for those they cannot track down, start selling and let them come to you. That would speed up the process!
That would become very complicated very quickly; especially if there are multiple claimants or if the rights have been passed around like chickenpox at a daycare to creditors.

Or worse, they've been dumped overseas to some obscure country you don't have a translator for, such as Laos.
