This year the voting will be divided into two parts, a first part will allow the nomination of 5 games each, which will then compete for victory in the final vote.
Voting will be via a link to a dedicated site, which does not require accounts, but should prevent multiple votes from the same IP (be good and don't cheat please).
This way I hope we can involve other bangs of the GOG community, such as the one on Discord or Reddit, and increase the number of votes.
NOMINATIONS RULES: 1. Each GOG user can vote for up to 5 games at the link that appears in each respective category.
1.5 Due to technical limitations, I had to split the list into two separate links. Since I can't prevent someone from voting 5 games in part 1 and 5 in part 2, technically you can vote for up to 10 games in total in a category, but in any case only the 5 games with the most votes by combining the two parts of the polls will pass selection.
2. In the sub-categories, while containing the list of all games released in 2024 for simplicity's sake, only the votes of the games in those categories will count. Example: Someone might vote God of War as best indie, but those votes will then be excluded.
3. If there are fewer than 5 games in a category, the winner will be decided by the first round of voting.
4. The top 5 highest rated games in each category will then be up for final voting to determine the winners!
5. You have one week to vote, until midnight on February 16, 2025.
