Alrighty, friends... It is now 21:30 UTC time and Round 2 is officially closed! I'm going to need a moment to compile everybody's results, upload my photogenic produce photos from my phone onto my computer and announce our Round 2 champion! ;)

See you in a bit! :D
Hosting this giveaway has given me such great pleasure. :) But, it has also gifted me with yet another PLOT TWIST! I am speechless... xD Such unexpected craziness delights me to no end!

Before I announce the unexpected surprise, allow me to share with you everybody's guesses, and in turn, the winner of Round 2! My OP has been updated with a list of the correct 10 produce items and a photo collage of my Mom's recent harvest, as proof. So, if you're all curious enough, here's what I have compiled:

ywzywz = 3 correct guesses :)
bhrigu = 4 correct guesses :)
DiffuseReflection = 5 correct guesses :)
gogtrial34987 = 6 correct guesses :)
Microfish_1 = 6 correct guesses :)
ZiTheBookishGamer = 7 correct guesses :D

As in Round 1, there's no tie for Round 2 either: our winner is ZiTheBookishGamer! Congrats to you for being lucky to guess the most! ;) It was no easy feat for anyone, I agree. I'll PM you shortly with the prize code for Everdream Valley. But just in case I have miscompiled (is that even a word?), I will wait a little bit before texting you. A heart-felt thank you to everyone who participated and to everyone who posted in my GA!

And now for the PLOT TWIST... Guess who contacted me while I was compiling the results? Our Round 1 chicken, err, I mean champion, g2222! He wanted to see a 3rd place winner crowned and donated a prize code for the game Arise: A Simple Story. Remember that game? It was part of Round 1's charity bundle! Thank-you so much for this generous gesture, g2222! :)

How will I go about picking our 3rd place winner? Well, to be fair, I am going to work my way down that list of compiled guesses. Both gogtrial34987 and Microfish_1 are next in line with 6 correct guesses each, so you are both eligible to win a copy of Arise: A Simple Story! If you are not interested in this game, I will continue to work my way down that list to find the next interested participant.

Are you ready, gogtrial34987 and Microfish_1? Here's what you'll need to do:

1. Post in this thread to state whether or not you are interested in winning Arise: A Simple Story. If one states that they are not interested in this game, the other will automatically win.

2. Answer the following question... There are 2 produce items from that list published in my OP that my Mom planted in her garden but died early on due to either insects or the heatwave (we are not sure what killed them, to be honest). What 2 plants could they be? Hint: for obvious reasons, they are not one of the ten correct guesses. LOL!

3. The one with the most correct guesses automatically wins!

Good luck to you both!

Congratulations to ZiTheBookishGamer! Nice guesses! :)

+1 g2222, to donate Arise! for a 3rd place winner. That is very generous and kind. :)

Nice photos, matterbandit! I didn't know your veggies would be quite that photogenic. LOL!
It looks like it is go for Round 3. Thanks for coming up with such a creative giveaway. :)
I'm so excited! Thank you! And gosh, just about to go get dinner and now I'm even hungrier lol. Those veggies look so good! Your mom is a great gardener! Hope you're enjoying the good eats. :D

I look forward to playing! Also awesome to keep it going, good luck gogtrial and Microfish!
Congratulations ZiTheBookishGamer, and thank you for the giveaway again matterbandit! And good luck gogtrial34987 and Microfish_1 for the new competition, and thank you g2222 for donating that key!

Congratulations to ZiTheBookishGamer for his win!!

Thank you to g2222 for another key for the giveaway event!
I've gotta think before I guess, so I will.

If course, a huge thank you to matterbandit!!

Congrats to ZiTheBookishGamer - that was some nice guessing! And thank you g2222 and matterbandit for this third round!

I'll save you the thinking, by bowing out. Arise looks gorgeous, and I'm sure I would enjoy playing it - but my interest in this giveaway was chiefly for Everdream Valley, and realistically I can't conclude other than that Arise would spend far too long languishing on my backlog - and I don't think that's fair at all to g2222's thoughtful gift!
God bless you matterbandit, g2222 and gogtrial34987 for your very generous actions. Congratulations to the winners and thanks for the giveaways.

That's a very noble and selfless move of you, gogtrial34987. You've got my respect.

Well, congratulations then to Microfish_1. You win 3rd place!
(I'm sure matterbandit will contact you about that soon.)
I hope you like the game. I haven't played it myself yet. But reviews and ratings are promising. :-)

Another plus is that it's less work now for matterbandit.
That was an awesome farming-inspired giveaway!
Thank you very much to our host for the original idea and the games bundle of course.

Final note:
How about we guess the two failed crops anyways? I mean just for fun and without any pressure?
My guess would be *drum roll*
1.) sweet peas // mildew maybe?
2.) water cress // dried in the heat?

Strawberries (snails!) and sweet peas (who knows?) would be my two guesses.

CONGRATULATIONS to you, Microfish_1! You are the winner of the game Arise: A Simple Story! :D I want to thank g2222 for contributing to this plot twist surprise by donating this game to my GA. :) I will contact you soon via PM to send you the game code.

Very kind of you, gogtrial34987, to bow out, knowing that you won't play Arise in the near future. It's safe to guess you'll make Microfish_1 macro happy! xD Thank-you for the noble gesture! ;)

LOL! Thanks for all the entertainment! xD As per your guesses: my Mom never planted any watercress and she did not share any of her sweet peas with me because they're her favorite!

More entertainment! xD Your logic that the strawberries did not make it to my photoshoot because I would have eaten them all too quickly was such smart logic..., but my mom never planted any strawberries this summer. :P See comment above for the sweet peas story. ;)

I'll post the answer to the two failed crops sometime this weekend, just to give others a chance to chime in.

A BIG THANKS to all participants and all posters for your engaging presence! :D It has been fun!

Congrats to my fellow Wolf picker :D

Ooh, I'll guess for fun. I'll try lettuce and eggplant?

So far Everdream lives up to my expectation :D. I also LOVE that you can save at any time, an important function for my busy mom life. That's also something that can be difficult with farming games as you have to play a full in-game day for many. I did skip to the next day before I realized that option though lol.
