R-U-N: However, if they do decide to remove it permanently from the launcher then I think that it spells the end of the gog forums. The traffic already isn't much and if you are going to hide the forums away through web browser access only that will thin out the community into dedicated and OG members, and eventually they'll probably just ditch it out completely.
Even now I go to posts and mostly its the same people posting most of the responses. If you are right and they are ditching it out, then I don't think the forums will last much, either by being ditched or simply become inactive.

In my experience, many of the people that have posted here through the Galaxy client were expecting some community help desk, not interested at all in communicating with other people (isn't that what's a forum is for?).
Not enough people kills a forum - the opposite does the same! The latter is of course just my opinion - if a forum turns into 'social media' - it becomes something else.
