I get better download speeds on Galaxy than I do Steam usually. 50-60 megs per second.

I've been using your services for YEARS. It's been great. Lately however, your DOWNLOAD TIMES
have become interminable. LOOOOOOONG. UNACCEPTABLY LONG.
Over 3 hours to download Horizon Zero Dawn. I can likely get that downloaded
on Steam in less than 20 minutes.
Let me state this plainly: YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS If you don't fix this.

Although it will probably a pain to reach a human from the support instead the bots ....
From my last d/l i reached the max. possible speed (either web browser or FTP for a game version no more avaible in library. And yes for some cases support can temporaly allow an FTP access.) Also having a gigabit connection (speed) is rarely fully used from what i know (especially at peak hours). And GOG isn't Steam >.> .... but still your situation isnt normal.
