For The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Game of the Year, Best RPG.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has just been voted the Best RPG of 2015 and granted the ultimate gaming honor: Game of the Year. All in this year's The Game Awards gala in Los Angeles.

CD PROJEKT RED, our partners in crime, have also been voted Developer of the Year!

Combined with Golden Joystick Awards in the Ultimate Game of the Year, Best Storytelling, Best Visual Design, Best Gaming Moment, and Studio of the Year categories - high-fives are flying left and right, and there are plenty of smiles around.

So congratulations to this year's most beloved game developers! And a huge thanks to you guys, the gamers, for your undying support for the rebels, for all that is good in gaming.

Just wanted to say congratulations to CDPR for making such an amazing game.

It is kind of funny now with all the criticism placed on Witcher 3 that it was labelled as being dumbed down for consoles So in that CDPR got the last laugh.

Thanks also for optimising the game so well that a single 980ti can sustain above 60 fps in 1440p with beautiful visuals and not to mention the wealth of free content provided for this game as well as a decently priced lengthy first expansion to continue the journey with.

Bring on Cyberpunk.

Thanks also to Gog.com for the generous sales as i was able to pick up the lucasarts adventure collection and the xwing Tie fighter collection along with Victor Vran at such a low price.
In Australia where games are often just so expensive to be able to purchase 17 games in total for around $90 is pretty unheard of here.

HarryLin: Congratulations CDPR!
I think it is fair to say without gog.com and Steam PC gaming would pretty much not exist outside of Indie titles.
The support both show to the PC platform is very much appreciated.

Magmarock: More like developer of the fucking century. Witcher 3 in all it's awesomeness and DRM free need I say more.
I am rather perplexed how Bloodborne received so much praise as after rushing out and buying the game of the year edition this week (I had not played it up to this stage). It is rather a let down that it runs often at around 25 fps.

Then i go back to the Witcher 3 which is pretty much flawless at 60 fps in 1440p and it is such a day and night difference.
I am struggling to get lost in Bloodborne due to the sluggishness of the game.

Congrats :)
I don't post much , but for this game I will post ..... it was well deserved and congratulation to this well deserved prize .... they are an example to other game companies ...... keep up the good work.....
Best developers in the industry and well deserving of all awards. Who would have thought that working for consumer wants would work. Bethesda and other companies could learn a lot about making a good game from CD Projekt Red.
Read Only Memories should have won
CONGRATSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Smannesman: Edit: Developer of the year?
Yep, I wasn't sure if you disagreed about the game or the dev.

Not sure how GOTY award works but Divinity shouldn't be on the list as it is released in 2014, right? I thought Divinity to be my GOTY '14 but not sure what I would vote for '15. Maybe STASIS. But I haven't played any other '15 released games so far I think.
