I'm intrigued, what exactly did you write into those emails?

Did you just say like "F*ck I want my games back so badly, boohoo.", or did you call GOG staff as*holes who should eat sh*t and die? Something else?

If I were you, I'd write an apology email to them explaining you have Tourette's, F*CK SH*T C*NT!!!

But support won't improve until gog can afford to hire more support people (which may never happen), no?
They have removed the last account which was a yahoo account and it had all but 1 game in it. That's 199 games. Once that account was not accessible I lost all my games. I guess I'll give up cause it's been 3 days.
They haven't removed the account, it's still there.

Just wait for an answer. And keep your proof ready. They can't just trust you and hand it to you.

As i said they will answer sooner or later, unfortunately they are understaffed (to say the least). I just hope some tickets are treated before some others (depending the nature of the request).

Trust me 3 days isn't a lot at all...

I don't even know if they follow tickets when you respond to it. I have a ticket which got answered the same day i created it ; but i got no human answer since i updating it for a bug affecting the web library (each time i found a game affected by it). Ticket was created July 14...so.....

In the end this is no good for their business. If support is taking too much time....

Just don't give up.
