Hurray For The Riff Raff - Pa'lante Ironically I heared this one during a bus tour from Munich through Austria on a austrian folk music radio station the driver was listening to, and it got me good. I'm not much a fan of the band, but this one and 'The Body Electric' have theit fixed place in my playlist.
Fans of course know this one, but for radio stations it's way too slow and long, so the mass probably missed it.
Sheryl Crow - On The Outside Same goes for this one. It was popular in the 80s, there was also a good duet with Andrea Boccelli, but I prefer the original. These days it's almost forgotten.
Eros Ramazzotti - Musica e' The lyrics are about the singer seeing every aspect of life as music and sounds. The song of raindrops, the sound of a kiss, kids who don't want to go home in the evning and keep playing outside.
Except for the cheap Bontempi-keyboard used (sadly it was quite popular in italian 80s songs) this is a masterpiece.
