gog2002x: I still keep all my old drivers, so that may still be an option. But the V-Sync option that Dark_art_ mentioned might be the most simple option for this instance. I'll check tonight.

I think I was able to do it in the past since I only used Win7 for games prior to 2023 (now I use Win10 for some Origin and Steam games from Humble Choice. Had no options lol). Not sure why they would take away the option in 472.12 version or whenever they did it after your version.
. V-sync is only useful if you have a monitor with a refresh rate not higher than the rate you want to cap the game to. Also v-sync can force input lag. Just capping the frame rate would be the better way - if possible.
I meant that it is available SINCE this version and so it should be available in your version as well. I really don't see the reason why they should not have included it in the win7 version if the feature is that old. I really doubt they would remove it.
